I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. They made me wait a half hour in the waiting room and then 15 minutes in the patient room, all while the doctor was mumbling«great, on time» under his breath. And that was only the tip of the iceberg with this ‘doctor’s’ inability to do anything remotely close to dermatology. I went here to receive injections for hyperhydrosis, after having a prior authorization from my insurance, and having no problem at another dermatologist’s office and he flat out REFUSED to give them to me, saying I should try other treatments(which I had already done before with another doctor) and that I couldn’t even pay for them to get them if I wanted to because he «didn’t even have the botox» — meanwhile he had five syringes clearly on the counter… clearly he wants to get you in the office to lecture you and won’t do a damn thing. RUNAWAY, far far away

Always at least an hour late regardless of when your appointment is scheduled. Often an hour in the waiting room and an hour in the examining room. So disrespectful of their clients’ time. The waiting room is full of angry people.

Not even worth one star. Never even saw the doctor. Drove 30 minutes to see Dr. Karen Mitchell. Front desk reprimanded me for not being 15 minutes early, I was only 10 minutes early because I needed to fill out paperwork. I filled it out and had it back within 2 minutes. Never was told the doctor was running behind. Sat and waited an hour. I questioned the front desk and she told me that the doctor was behind and had been since her first patient that morning… and that there were still a few more patients ahead of me… Never got an apology. I asked if they call to let you know ahead of time if doctors were running late, she said no with an attitude. Had to argue for my co-pay back… not to mention I was a brand new patient. Sent a letter to the office as I was absolutely disgusted by the rudeness and lateness. It would have been nice to receive an apology. I received a call from the owner, Dr. Louis Kuchnir, said he would compensate me for my time… Apologized for the way the desk acted, as he mentioned was typical of them and I wasn’t the first to complain… gave some suggestions and was kind — until mid way through the conversation when I was partially on board with going back he said, «you know what, I think it’s best we part our ways. I’m not going to compensate you for anything. Good luck.» Talk about complete asshole. I would never recommend this doctors office to anyone, unless you prefer super late appointments and rude receptionists/doctors.

I went there and was on time for my appointment. I was shown into an exam room at the correct time but the doctor did not see me for 50 minutes. After a brief exam he left the room and he did not return after more 45 minutes.

I should have read the reviews before I decided to make an appointment. My dermatologist who I loved retired and so I needed a new one as I have a history of skin cancer. I made my appoint at least 5 months in advance. I waited in the office for an hour to be seen and another 20 mins in the examining room. When I asked the receptionist if this is a normal way of doing things, she advised that I either make an early morning or early afternoon appointment to avoid a wait. They were also advising callers that the doctors were«overbooked». The head of the practice spent no less than 2 minutes examining me and 20 minutes lecturing me on how I need to self examine. It was truly a waste of my time and money and I thought the doc was quite condescending. Lesson learned. I’ll stay with Brigham and Women’s in Foxboro. DONOTGOHERE!

I came in here as a new patient for a minor skin problem so my review is based on my interaction with the NP. They were one of the only places that had good recommendations that could see me before the end of November. I saw an NP and at first things were going good… but she decided to start talking about things that weren’t in her line of work and were completely inappropriate. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back.

I have been here for a handful of visits over the last few years and have, each time, seen Dr. Michelle Bush. Personally, I find her to be charming and endearing and my issues have been resolved.

I had an awful experience with this place. Although the reception staff was very polite, I could not believe the bedside manner of Victoria, the RN who was available the day of my appointment. I had several issues to discuss and not only did I feel rushed, not listened to, and made to feel incompetent, but when she forgot to give me the information for the referral I needed, she put up her hand and said, «I have other patients who are waiting for me so ask the receptionist!» I could not believe what a bad feeling I left with about this place and will never go back. I am actually mad that I paid them a co-pay and trying to get my money back as I had to go to another dermatologist who actually gave me the time of day. If 0 was a rating here, I would have given that.

my review is based of solely my doctor and my interaction with their desk clerks. came here since apparently MA has a dermo shortage and most waits for new patients are like 3 months and this place had 2 weeks when i called. i got assigned to dr m bush. and i gota say through out my experience i really didnt feel like she was knowledgeable about what she was talking about. several times she actually consulted her iphone and google for medications and side effects. kinda awkward when you have a google race with your doctor about something during your visit(her iphone won against my mytouch 3g btw) yea so cant really say i would recommend this place or more specifically this doctor. she does seems a bit young maybe a year or 2 out of residency so could explain it. i would just make sure i would avoid her if i was coming to kuchnir.
