I was in the market for a Thule cargo box and stopped by the Marborough EMS to check out what they had. They didn’t have the model that I wanted to purchase which frustrated me because I was sent to this location by another EMS store because Marborough was supposed to have a large inventory. Anyway the floor supervisor assisted me and was mostly helpful. She called a couple of stores to see if they had it in stock and in fact they did. However I felt very rushed during the whole interaction with her and felt like she just wanted to move on to her next task. Not the kind of service I was expecting especially when I was about to drop $ 800.

Staff was very friendly whenever I visit, which is usually to kill time while Mrs B is shopping next door.
Once when I was looking for a new pair of shoes, the associate offered to help me order them on line from within the store. While I really wanted to try them on first before purchasing, I did appreciate her assistance.

The staff is very friendly and appeared knowledgeable to me. I’m not sure what the other reviewer is talking about but they seem to be a know-​it-​all. REI is great but this EMS treated me very well. Plus, I received a 15% student discount!
