Worst used car dealership ever. Jared the salesman was nice enough but the car they sold me was junk! The Nissan Sentra they sold me wouldn’t pass inspection — light bulbs burnt out that I had to fix and even after they’re 100 point inspection these minor things weren’t caught lol — they made several attempts at they’re «shop» next door to fix it but it still wouldn’t pass until two tries and repairs later. The hub caps kept popping off so they said they’d fix them and they did… with black zip ties!!! The head gasket was leaking on it and the sensors were all bad. I had a rental longer that they gave me longer than the car I bought. Then when I gave back the car and said keep the junk with the cracked axle they reported it as a repo on my credit report! Steer clear of these guys!

I gave them one star because I can’t give anything less. Interest rates are insane. Borderline illegal. Sell a polished piece of crap for top dollar. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!!! Steer clear!!!

I wish I could give this place no stars. literally the worst customer service I’ve seen in a VERY long time. The buying process wasn’t the bad part, the AFTER was the bad part.
My vehicle broke down when I had it for 30 hours! I had to pay out of pocket for repairs, was never reimbursed. Then I took my brand new car to get inspected and it failed. Yes, the service center fixed the one thing it needed to pass inspection, but there are a list of other things wrong with the vehicle that they refuse to even look into! They don’t care at all about the fact that I broke down 30 hours into having a new vehicle. They continue to hide behind, «oh well the vehicle is technically drivable, and that’s not covered under warranty.»
I filed a lengthy complaint with the BBB and the dealer has STILL not made any attempts to satisfy a very terrible experience that was had by a customer.
I will NEVER go back here, and I will also make sure I tell anyone and everyone who will listen about how terrible they are.

I am a repeat customer. I have bought three cars and change have had a great helpful experience everytime. Jarrod was my recent sales man he answered all my questions and got us on thd road within 24 hours. I have also had rich as my salesman and he has always made it a good process. I will always comeback to allstar auto and i highly recommend them.

I visited All Star Auto back in April to trade in my car toward something drivable. I have a low credit score of around 570. Dick Colby helped me get into a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse, for reasonable payments.
That is where the positive aspect of this review ends. I was never told how much the car would be until the very last moment as I was signing the paperwork, although I had asked several times during the entire process. An ’03 Eclipse sells for about $ 6000 — $ 8000 in fair condition. I found out that I was going to be paying $ 17,000 for this car. I should have stopped here, but they had already taken my trade in, (which I also found out as I was signing that I got $ 200 for. I would have been better off selling it to a junk yard) and I was to be left with nothing. OK, I could have dealt with that, and in fact did for several months.
The day I drove the car off of the lot, the AC went. I had to bring it in to the shop and leave it there for 5 days. Good, so I’m paying for a car that I can’t drive. Well that sucked, but again, what was I going to do? So I let that go, no problem. A month later the AC compressor seizes and snaps the serpentine belt, leaving the car un-​drivable. I tow it into their shop, and they tell me it is going to cost $ 900 to repair the car, despite being told that I was going to be under a $ 100 deductible plan on my car. I took in to my own mechanic and he bypassed the compressor for $ 200. For a while I dealt with minor inconveniences and small issues until last month (August) the key got stuck in the ignition. I could not remove it at all, so I had to leave my car unsecured.
That was the final straw. I have voluntarily repoed my car, and went to an actual Mitsubishi Dealer that has helped me greatly and has me much happier, in a car I can count on. I have to take yet another hit on my credit for this repo, but it is worth it to never have to deal with these people again. Even as I write this, the financing company that All Star works with, Assured Auto, who has already taken the car, still has not sent me the repo papers and is still trying to charge my account. I have filed a claim with my bank and we will be fighting these fraudulent charges.
Please, I sincerely hope that you will think twice before dealing with these shysters. Even with bad credit such as mine, there are many better options.
