Advantec Computer Systems LLC

I am currently in the processes of finding a new vendor for servers, workstations. I don’t have an opinion on who is good yet, but I can make the suggestion to stay away from Advantec Computer Systems out of Marlborough, MA. The hard drives of almost every system I have had built in the last year has failed. Some within weeks of deployment to the customer. If you ask them to refit a case with new MOBO, CPU, memory, it takes them 3 weeks to get you a quote and a month to do the work. If its not a straight up brand new purchase, they don’t know what to do with themselves.
When I voiced a concern regarding slow support times recently, I was told that my account was to small for them to care. So here I am hunting for a new custom builder with a better customer service ethic. I guess my 30k-​50k a year purchasing needs is not enough for them to provide anything but horrible customer service. Maybe if you didn’t suck so much, I would have used you more.
