STAY AWAY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We used to love Cathy and Anthony. They would come walk our dog and give us a good price and always leave notes about how our little pup did. But then one weekend we went away and had them come walk our dog while we were gone. When we came back around 2:30 pm on Sunday, we found two piles of poop in the house. We thought nothing of it until we get a text around 4:30 pm from Cathy saying that our dog did great this morning AND this afternoon. Thinking it was odd that she would text us that since we were home most of the afternoon we asked what time she walked him. She replied 3:30!!! After confronting her and saying we would like to talk about it because we have noticed this pattern of pooping in the house recently, they responded «Unfortunately we can no longer continue with your contract due to your unfounded mistrust. We love your dog as if he was one of our own and would never run a business like that.» Clearly our mistrust was not unfounded and clearly they do run their business like that and did not care for our dog!!! They are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.

NOT RELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL — BEWARE… I signed a very detailed contract for a monthly service with CAP Dog walking and pet sitting. The service was for twice a day, 3 times a week. I had used CAP before, and decided that I would need them regularly. I have 2 dogs, a Westie, and a rescue Lab mix. The Lab is a puppy, and very rambunctious and frisky, which is normal for a puppy of 10 months. He nips, but will stop if you tell him to. They walked him before and left me great reports about him. I thought all was well. Then with NO WARNING, I get an email that they cannot continue with the contract. NO WARNING, not a word said to me about the nipping. If I did that I would owe money and they would sue me. But its OK for them to leave me without a dog sitter? I could have hired someone more reliable, but they made me sign the contract, and got out of it by making up a story about a bruise. Seriously? This is a puppy who is the sweetest dog in the world. He has had a tough life, and is not mean at all. They are liars, unprofessional, and unreliable. BEWARE!!!
