We broke down while fishing on the East Fork and had to get a ride to a phone (no cell service). The dispatcher said it would be about and hour and a half, but our driver arrived in less than an hour. He was very helpful and professional. He towed us to a great shop in Gardnerville and recommended a good rental car business there too. We had AAA to cover the tow, so I don’t know how much this would have cost otherwise.

We were stuck on Blue Lakes Road after the turbo blew out on our truck. We had no signal on our phone to call for help. Luckily, a ranger happened to drive by and called for one. Our tow driver was very polite, professional and knew what he was doing. He towed us into Gardnerville, Nevada, where he dropped our truck at a diesel shop and then took us to a Uhaul place, since all of the Enterprise cars were rented, and we got a truck so we could off load our gear from the camper and go back and get our camping gear at Blue Lakes. Tyler and his dispatcher made a difficult situation so much easier and even though AAA wouldn’t cover towing with the cabover, we were grateful to be able to get the truck to a repair shop and have the ability to get home to the Bay Area. Thank you for going over and above in your service! We will be sure to keep your info and will refer you out as well.

These crooks caught us up in a huge mess with their threats of impounding our car and overcharging us and not refunding it. I know for a fact that they are friends with the local highway patrol officers and it’s shit. They shouldn’t even be allowed to have a business.

These guys were pretty good! We had to get towed all the way from Kirkwood, and the driver was really nice and made the drive to south lake enjoyable.
