Ice is seriously overpriced but other items are pretty decent. Small store but solid selection of the basics. For example, there’s 4 types of red pasta sauce to choose from. A pack of spaghetti is $ 1.99. 5 kinds of ice cream bars to choose from($ 1.79−3.50) and also several kinds of Hagen Daz in pints. Many choices of micro/craft/etc beer. Smores«kits» are $ 11 so stock up on your smores needs outside the park.

Happy to have a store near where we were camping. Needed a bag of ice and it was $ 4.50. I pay $ 0.98 back home. The price to pay for being in the middle of nowhere I guess :) The staff were friendly and I’m sure we would have been back for more than just ice but we left early the next day.

Reasonably price. Sells beer by the bottle. Breakfast at the grill is very good, try their breakfast combo.

There’s a store here out in the Tuolumne Meadows area! Good thing because there’s nothing else for miles around! We made a quick stop here to pick up some much needed toiletries that we forgot to bring our daytrip from the Valley floor.

I have been to Tuolumne Meadows several times and one of the reasons I love the campground is because of this store. It is so nice to not worry or obsess about forgetting something, because your trip may be ruined without it. We spend a significant amount of time and money shopping in this quaint little store. They have an excellent selection of most items, considereing the size of the small store. My kids love being able to get an ice cream or popsicle while camping and we LOVE having a place to go if we run out of food or beer. The prices are very reasonable. Customer service is usually pretty good. It has been better in the past, hence the 4 stars rather than 5. There was a staff member there that I witnessed be VERY rude to a customer in front of a line of people. She was always nice to me(otherwise there would be fewer stars ;-)) but nonetheless it was awkward. Great store, great location, nice people(most of the time).

This store has everything you need from groceries, camping gear, equipment, to souvenirs. There is usually a line, but it moves fast. The girl who worked there was very helpful in finding what we needed.

I have to say, I was very impressed with the selection! The store is located in Tuolumne meadows, and it’s the only one for many many miles. It’s open seasonally, and hours do vary depending on the time of year. But when it is open, you can be sure to find whatever you may have forgotten to pack for your camping or backpacking trip. They have a decent enough selection of toiletries, food and camping gear, as well as ice and firewood. Products I was excited to find: Honest Tea… Lundberg Farms chips… Have’a Corn Chips… fresh produce… Brown Cow Yogurt The store seemed to be busy at all times of day. There were tourists just passing through, lotsa local campers staying at the Tuolumne Meadows campground, and during June a huge influx of backpackers stop here on their 2500 mile trip along the Pacific Crest Trail. I was really pleased with the prices, they weren’t too crazy considering this place is 9000 feet up and in the middle of a National Park. It is cash only, but they do have an ATM. Right next door is a post office, and the Tuolumne Grill. There’s a gas station just west along the road, and the visitor center is right after that.
