The pizza here was very good they could take a class on how to properly make a ceaser salad and the prices are a little steep.

After driving around Yosemite all day, we decided to just have pizza delivered. Great pizza, ingredients are fresh, very tasty.

The pizza is good but kinda expensive. One good thing is this place open late until 10pm even during weekdays. Good place to dine in late if everything around is about to close at night.

This place is a great option in Mariposa after a long day of hiking. It’s open pretty late, and the food is decent, but where this place really shines is the staff. We had a take-out order of pizza, wings, and salad on a Saturday night. When I showed up to pick up the food, it turned out that I had screwed up the order for the pizza on the phone(ordered one thing when the family actually wanted another). When I told this to the cashier, she was really nice and actually apologized to me! They ended up baking a new pizza with the correct order, and they gifted me the other pizza so that it wouldn’t go to waste. While the food is only pretty good(not a foodie destination or anything), the staff is fast and friendly, and I came away feeling well taken care of.

Food was good. Customer service needs help. Walked and waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us.

The pizza isn’t bad, but it’s very expensive for pizza. The staff is very hit or miss. Sometimes you get very good customer service, and other times your treated like your nothing. My husband got wings there before, and they were undercooked. This company does donate gift cards to the local kids for the summer reading program at the library, and I think that’s great. The calzone is really good. But they will don’t deliver a mile away from them, which is a bummer.

Everything tasted like it came out of a can. Bland with no flavor. Very disappointing. Order spaghetti with meatballs, a bowl of chili and a medium Hawaiian pizza = $ 30 and change.

The pizza is fine but expensive. The salad bar was pretty basic and empty. Three people had to ask for things like croutons and cheese to be refilled before someone came out to take care of it. I almost gave the salad bowl back for a refund. Many of the games were broken and the choices were again not great. Not my first time here and I’ve never been blown away. Not really any other choices in this small town though.

Pizza was ok. Service was horrible. Workers were not friendly at all(and I’m a nice and sweet guy!!! Really!) I was tired, hungry and on a stop back from Yosemite. Probably won’t eat here again… Not because it was awful, but because my route will be different to and from Yosemite after this. If you like pizza and don’t care about service, this place it for you. If you care about both or just service, move on. My BF and I LURRRRRRV pizza.

Pizza factory is just not good pizza. I don’t think there’s any other way to put it. I’m trying to not be so hard on a town that might not have many other options, but I think it’s legitimately sad for the town to be forced to congregate around food that doesn’t taste very good. Coming back from a steep hike up to Vernal Falls in Yosemite meant all I wanted to do was eat junk food. I heard an NPR piece on this: they called it «licensing,» where doing something good for your body tricks your brain into thinking it is okay to do something terrible to it. My friend and I ordered a medium cheese pizza with basil and tomatoes in an attempt to mimic a margherita pizza. The pizza wasn’t good. It turned out that the basil was just a dry seasoning sprinkled on top. The tomatoes were chopped up into tiny pieces and drained of any juiciness. The pizza was heavy on cheese and light on sauce, and the sauce on the pizza was slightly sour. I had a bad feeling when I saw the pizza conveyor belt and salad bar that focused primarily on 1) ranch dressing and a close 2) iceberg lettuce. I ate it all. That’s how hungry I was from the hike. I imagine the high school heroes and sports teams adorning the wall looked down on me and judged me that day. If I visit Yosemite again and crave unhealthy food, I’ll have to find a different pizza place.

I thought there was only one of these Pizza Factory joints in Mariposa, but they are all over this region. I can see why because decent pizza sells! We ordered the veggie calzone that could feed two people and a large salad. There is a salad bar and you are only supposed to get your salad once. I enjoyed the meal. Pizza sells!

Pizza Factory pizza is the best. The crust is bubbly and the center of the pizza, underneath all the toppings, is: crispy:. I don’t know how they do it, but all the new pizza places popping up should take note!

The noteworthy component of Pizza Factory’s product is the crust. It’s thick enough to provide body, crispy on the bottom, and in no way doughy. Ingredients are fresh, unlike the big pizza chains, and not overcooked. There are some booths, but most of the seating is at cafeteria-style tables. There are several good craft beers available at the bar.

Comeplete 180 from the Oakhurst location. Service is great. Came when it was packed. Still got items in timely manner. Inside was clean, and lots of employees working. Definitely try the hawaiian special. Ordered mine with pepperoni. It’s to die for

30 years of great pizza When your kids grow up having pizza factory other pizzas just don’t hold up to the great cheese sauce and crust. Been here for birthday parties, after game parties, Friday night I don’t want to cook, and just meeting family and friends.

I needed food after a day of hiking in Yosemite and didn’t want to deal with a bar or club(not what I was looking for). Pizza Factory was at the end of the road and has a large room with a few booths but mostly long wooden tables. You order and then find a place to wait. They said about 25 minutes for a pizza and that’s about when it showed. The folks behind the counter seemed jovial and joked with each other but completely ignored the front of the house except for the one woman running the register. It looked like they had quite a few pizzas in process, probably for takeout or delivery orders because that late at night and there were only about 15 customers. When it was my tern the woman was disinterested and tired. I don’t thing too badly for it though because the drunk/stoned guy ahead of me was alternating between telling her about his life and flirting with her. The soda machine is accessible from the room so you don’t have to ask for refills and they have a smallish salad bar. I got my garlic cheese twists first, and then a bit later the pizza came. All in all the food was good. I’ll go again if I’m in town and interested in pizza.

Pizza was okay at best. But the service… the girl who was tending the counter when I ordered this past Sunday was one of the rudest, least helpful people I’ve ever encountered. Really awful attitude, like I was ruining her night by picking up the pizza I had already paid for. Which is another complaint — I asked how long the pizza would be when I ordered(15 – 20 minutes). Try 45. In a mostly empty restaurant. I was just visiting, so there’s no chance of going back, but it seemed like there was another pizza place in Mariposa. I would go there or one of the other restaurants. This place is not worth it.

I’m from out of town so finding a place for pizza for 4 teenagers that the adults will also like(cold beer) etc. Is like throwing money at the wall and hope it hits. Our lucky day; normally when i eat pizza i don’t notice the crust just bread to carry the stuff i like. However this place here, man, for the first time i actually commented on the crust, crispy but not burnt. Very generouse on the toppings also, we got the All Meat and also a Pepperonni both were great. Few beers on tab, some tv’s with sports, you kidding me? thats heaven! I later read someones Unilocal complain about the sitting, i could not disagree more; with 4 teenagers the bench sitting is perfect, these guys don not sit still so perfect. If you want a quiet romantic place, spend a little more $$ than pizza and beer or don’t complain!

So the Hawaiian pizza here is great and a must-have. And of course, you are crazy to pass up the free breadsticks with the Unilocal offer. Eh, I love this place so much I decided to bump it up to a perfect 5 star rating. It deserves it.
