Cole Family Tree Service

This company, its owner Franklin Cole, are extremely unethical and also unlawful in the way they conduct their business. Franklin Cole, the owner did $ 85,000.00 worth of work to my property and left it a mess. This was due to a fire that was all covered by my insurance company. He continuously tried to get me to commit insurance fraud wherein he could make extra money by selling me trees to plant that were never there to be sold in the first place. He took over four months to complete a job that he told me it would take 30 days, he told me my property would look like a park when it was completed and it is an absolute mess. He put in a road that is non existent and bulled my insurance company for it, he put in culverts they were supposed to detour water that were two inches in width as compared to two feet which they should have been. He’s threatened me on several occasions with numerous threats affecting my livelihood all because I would not commit insurance fraud and feather his pocket. He also came to me and told me he needed me to fill out a paper work on the first part of the job he completed otherwise he would not get paid. He lied to me about that as well as he did on many many other occasions. Since that time I’ve had damage done to my property and various other things that are seemingly very mysterious. I would not recommend this man for anything, he is an absolute crook, unethical and frankly I think there’s something wrong with him mentally. I will be meeting them further in a court of law. One other thing I think is very important is I’m a disabled senior who he completely took advantage of.

This company is bad news. After the initial quote I asked for a better cleanup which was agreed to for additional money. I ask for more trimming on a tree which was agreed to for extra money. What did I get a two day job dragged out to several weeks. I got a job site that was left a mess. A tree I paid extra to trim not completely done. And they moved a propane tank and put it back without securing it. The owner Franklin will promise you the world and deliver little.
