Visited on 9÷30÷15. The tuna on croissant had just the right amount of zing to make it wonderful. The iced tea was refreshing. It’s worth finding it just off the beaten path.

Just bought a chicken pot pie. It’s incredible. Flakey crust and delicious filling. Definitely will get again. The brownies are perfect too.

Wow! Is there anything here that isn’t good? Marion was in need of a bakery for a long time and this place definitely has definitely met the demand. Nice quaint old house always smelling of fresh baked cinnamon rolls. Friendly staff and great prices make this one of my favorite weekend stops. There is also convenient off street parking. From pastries and skotcharoos to amazing lunch options like chicken pot pie, club sandwich, and soups you will leave pleased. If your in Marion and need to satisfy your sweet tooth or need a quick lunch kettle house is a must!

This is the cutest café and bakery. So cute. Treats look good and the chicken soup looks great but not the sandwiches. — Mom

Ate lunch at this quaint café today. It had close street parking. It is a small quiets place to meet a friend and visit near the downtown Marion Library. The baked goods looked yummy. I had the pecan roll which is very generous and sure could be shared if you want to. Lunch was tomato basil soup and a chicken havardi sandwich both were very good. The menu changes daily. Extended hours for summer.

We love anything made with their cinnamon roll dough! They make incredible braids, cinnamon or fruit. We’ve tried their cookies and they’re pretty good too, they just seem pricier for what you get. The staff is always friendly. I wish they were open on Sundays. They started serving lunch as recently, but we have yet to get there to try their paninis or soups.

This place is great. As soon as I walked in it smelled like cinnamon buns and I was greeted by very nice and attentive staff. They had several areas with homemade crafts and I really had wished I brought more money so I could get some. I live right down the block so this place is easy to get to and they have more than just coffee and buns. Their kolaches were amazing and they have coffee and other sweet things. But I would say my favorite part is that I can get ground beef there too! local, hormone free, and free range.
