I ran into trouble with my 26 foot rental truck in eastern Arkansas during the aftermath of a severe ice storm with some snowfall on Interstate 40. It was late at night & these guys got there in an hour (great considering people broken down everywhere). They got the truck out of a ditch. In the process of this difficult extraction they broke the brake line: no brakes. My wife and I stayed in the area (we had to anyway because of weather) and they got the brake line replaced the next day. The 2 gentlemen that helped us the next day could not be more friendly & accommodating. What could have been a disaster turn out as a minor inconvenience and an adventure. Thanks guys!
