Chicago, IL
Waitresses are very friendly here. Usually teenagers. It’s a joy to talk to them. No complaints at all. The food is amazing as well!

There is nothing extraordinary about this IHop. I gave it an extra star, because the waitress was actually decent this time around. Usually we wait forever and are less than satisfied when we realize how much we paid for the small servings of sides. My husband is the only reason we go and it’s usually only once or twice a year.
I always feel a bit claustrophobic when we go. Every one is so close together. Feels like an over priced McDonald’s to me.

The food was ok not great like most IHOP’s I’ve visited. I think the grease needs to be changed because everything fried tasted the same. Men’s bathroom was not clean so that was a major no no. Will not be coming back.

Standard IHOP menu and quality. The décor is still fairly new since the building was opened late in 2009. Service speed varies, unfortunately, by days of the week and size of the crowd.
