Excellent customer service, friendly staff, great location. On a business trip an will definitely stay here again.

No major complaints about my stay, I would stay here again.
Location is strange, it is essentially in a Lowe’s parking lot, but there is no night traffic near the hotel and it is quiet. However, it is more of a walk to get to a restaurant in the evening, which is unfortunate when it is cold.
Internet strength was good mid-​hotel, and speeds were faster than the average Holiday Inn /​Hampton Inn speeds I get. The complimentary breakfast always includes biscuits with sausage gravy which is a step above the standard offerings. Water temperature was adequately hot.
Room temperature was hard to control; I could effectively get it to blow out hot or cold air, but really no effective regulation.
