this place sucks balls! who ever heard of a place not willing to negotiate? they are rude and condescending. told me their car was a great car, i started to drive, didnt even get out of the lot. i know he knows its a piece of shit bc he didnt even act surprised.
dont go here or neals motors in marion, they are associated. and same experience! of course. they think theyre doing you a favor by knocking off $ 100! whatever, i have cash and ready to buy!!!

My first car buying experience here was pretty good. Decent car, decent price. No issues.
The second car was a completely different story. Most of the experience was fine, until we got to the negotiation phase. When I asked about negotiating the price, the «old man» started going on and on in a truly obscene and offensive manner about how unfair I was being, yada yada yada. If I didn’t know any better, you’d think I was literally taking food off his table and killing his grandkid’s puppy.
He could have lied and said something about the price being too close to their cost, or whatever, and I would never have given it a second thought. But no, he had to make it personal and off-​putting.
For reasons that I cannot go into here, we did end up buying that vehicle, so they unfortunately won that round, but I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this company again. As far as I am concerned they are persona-​non-​grata.
