After searching many stores we finally found a mattress we loved. We paid for it and waited a whole week for it to be delivered. When it was delivered we were told that we couldn’t sleep on it for at least 24 hours because it needed to air out and to blow up yes it was a space age mattress. Following all the rules we waited and waited then the night came that we got to sleep on it. Oh my god what a disappointment. In the store the salesman said it could take up to 3 months for us to feel the difference in the bed the difference being the same softness as the sales floor bed we gave it two weeks and I couldn’t take it anymore I had to call them and get a new one again they told me that I should give it more time and I told them I ordered a 10 inch bed and the bed only blew up to be 8 inches if that I needed a new bed this one was defective. Again I waited another week and the bed was delivered the first two people they delivered the bed were very professional didn’t knock anything off my walls and took great care and how they deliver the bed. The guys that delivered my replacement bed did not care how they delivered it they broke an antique bowl busting it into many many pieces it was an irreplaceable item, I’m still waiting on them to pay me for the bowl or to even apologize for what they have done! Please do not fall for that wait 3 months and your bed will feel right crap if your bed does not feel good after 2 weeks ask them to replace it

Purchased our mattress from this location 5 years ago. We had noticed body impressions and were not sleeping as well as when it was new. Noticed a few reviews of others who had gone to the store and taken pictures of the mattress for warranty claims. We were fortunate to speak with Brad, the manager, who explained the process and accepted the pictures I had taken to begin our warranty claim. Full refund of our previous purchase was applied to a new mattress! A very easy and straight forward process. Thanks for your assistance Brad.
