sent me a confirmation email, but the hotel never received it. I had to call customer service to get them to fax over a copy of the confirmation. After the ten minute phone call it took another ten minutes for the hotel to receive he fax. I didn’t expect much from a hotel in the middle of nowhere, but I at least expected to get a room without waiting 30 minutes. I thought that was the whole purpose of booking ahead and obtaining a confirmation. The worst part is I think that Lori the, «Manager,» told them the wrong fax number.

The rooms were clean enough. There are sections of the hotel(the higher floors) that have been renovated. We were not in one of those rooms. The bed felt like a piece of board to sleep on. The TV was an old Zenneth box TV from 1998. The staff was nice and the free breakfast wasn’t half bad. The pool and hottub need to be repaired desperately, but it’s still usable.

I tried to take a picture because I think it would tell the story. This place has seen better days. The price was the best we could find, but I would spend more money and get a better place the next time.

decent rates nice staff. clean but hot tub needs to be hot not luke warm. pet friendly with only $ 10 pet deposit. they really need to work on the hot breakfast. stayed two nights and had same crappy eggs and links both days. mix it up!
