Natura Farms

I bought some berries from Natura Farms at the Mill City Farmers market this weekend, and had a minor problem with the berries — I contacted Paul with Natura Farms and the next day he personally replied to my email, addressed my concerns and offered unsurpassed customer service. He even went so far as to give me his wife’s and his granddaughter’s personal cell phone numbers since his was broken at the time.
I will most definitely shop from Natura Farms again because they truly care about their product, their customers and they have such an amazing selection of fruit. We will definitely be making the trek to their farm to see their fields in person. Again, I cannot recommend them more, I’ve never had a company go to such pains to rectify a situation and to keep a customer happy — 10 gold stars!

YAY! This place is rockin:) So much good stuff and variety. It’s really unbelievable. If the produce was people, everyone would be yummy, attractive… and the diversity overwhelming! Strangely enough, there weren’t a lot of employees or customers (but i can’t complain. all to myself. MUaHAhaha). My favorite spot is where they keep the grapes (watch out for bees! but hey, at least that shows they don’t use pesticides). It’s right on the lake by this gorgeous willow tree … dreamy. Not only was the place beautiful, the food was great and looked like the place actually cared about what and how they grew their foods. They even give away free stuff if you’ve never tried it before. I had a great experience overall and definitely urge you to check it out.
