I was not disappointed. I’m visiting family from Minnesota, and haven’t had my nails done well. I got my nails done and I’m thrilled with what I have, I got the coffin shape, which nobody can get perfect in my state, and they did amazing. I highly recommend Luxury (: and their prices are reasonable especially for the amazing nails you’re about to get!

Went to get my nails done didn’t have lots of colors for acrylic nails. Was going to fill in my nails then let me paint them the color I wanted at home, to me that’d be pointless. Had them take off my nails and the lady wasn’t particularly gentle. Okay if you don’t want anything extravagant.

I have had my nails done in many places and never had had someone do them as good job and make sure I am pleased with his work before I left.

Showed up as a walk in and Hien took main right away! She was very nice and professional. She was patient with me for not what to do when she asked me something. Would definitely come back again.

It’s not the fanciest place but they are very accommodating and the pedicure chairs give a great body massage. I also notice they remember their customers names.

I am not from the area and have had plenty of massages and pedicures!! KIM was awesome her massage and work I am still in shock!!! This place for sure deserves the rating!!! thanks Kim if I ever come back to Northern California I will be back!!!

They fixed the crappy work another place did. I had gone to a different place and got acrylic nails, i asked for a coffin shape and it was horrible. Like i said they fixed it and the girl exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

I came to this place after I moved to the area.
First time I was happy with the quality. Price was higher than in Fremont.
Second time I was overcharged. But I did not argue because wanted to keep coming to the place. I thought if I pay more they will like me more as a customer. Polish after pedicure this time never dried out — first time to experience.
Third time my appointment time was delayed. Refill on nails was done in big hurry and very bad quality. I came in 2 days to redo all nails. It was the last time I stepped there. Would not recommend this place. All 3 times nails were done by Kim.

I brought my daughter here for what was to be a relaxing, enjoyable mani/​pedi. Ugh probably one of the worst experiences ever. First of all I’m visiting and found it odd they didn’t open clean packages of «tools» if you will. When the woman was using the nail clippers she took them out of a basket– unsanitary to say the least! They barely worked (2^nd clue they were using old instruments). I’m not sure she sees well as my cuticles are knocked in multiple places… Will never come in to this dirty environment again.

I was happy cause they have wifi. The nails came off in 7 days hell no not goin here again. For 30 bucks? Also tried to trick me into getting gels. All I asked for was a solid color regular acrylics. Charged me $ 35 bucks and gave me gels. I said I didn’t ask for that so he knocked off $ 5 bucks.

Ok to start of I’m not a complainer when it comes to things especially customers service, (because i work in it) but non the less I came here in the morning to a very dead shop and I though perfect there going to take there time, I got a pedi and a full set all together, I had picked out a color for my nails which was a «mood» nail polish to my thinking it fade to a light color. no! Not in any way I had these disgusting mint green nails that just look bad, but I said screw I it, it was a love hate color. But I did notice that the color I originally picked was nowhere in these nails. And the lady was persistent that it was. The next day I go into work and my nail literally came off! Like wtf ive had plenty of sets before and never once especially the day after have they fallen off. I went back to go get it replaced and change the color they gave me. The same chick fixed it and when I told her I wanted to change the color because I was «unhappy «with it she flat out told me «it’s a $ 7 charge! «not only that she was to lazy to take off the nail polish under and charge me what I could have done for free! The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the lady who did my pedi did an amazing job. But never again will I come back here for a set!

So a few weeks ago I tried this brand new place in Seaside. Needless to say, I will never be back. They werent the shape I wanted and she way overcharged me! But, I bared with my nails until it was time for a fill…
Holly at Luxury Nails is AMAZING. I should have just went here in the first place since she did my gel nails before, which came out great. She was efficient, but paid attention to detail. In all the years of getting acrylics, my nails have never looked this nice. They are all shaped perfectly, and the gel polish around my cuticles is flawless. I will definitely be a regular customer for Holly at Luxury Nails.

My mom and I have been on the hunt for a new nail salon and we loved this place! My mom and I got pedicures and I got a gel manicure. All polish, even gel, never last more then three days on me. Nathan reassured me that if my gel polish came off within two weeks to come back and he would fix it. It’s been a week and the polish is still going strong and looks fabulous! Needless to say we have found a new favorite salon I would 100% recommend.

Best pedicure! First time coming here and Had an amazing pedicure with Kim today! Everything was perfect with my nails unlike most places where something or another is always wrong when I leave. She gave a wonderful leg/​foot massage. I will definitely be coming back to her in a few weeks again when I’m due again!

I was greeted and seated as soon as I walked in. I got a gel removal with a regular manicure. Only cost $ 20. When I asked to keep my nails long, she did her best to keep my natural nails intact. The work I got was simple, but I have no doubt their other work is any less perfect. I’m coming back for sure.

Always happy with thr service and all are very welcoming! Prices are great, you get what you pay for. Nathan can do any design in the world! Show him and he will do it no but’s. Love getting my eyebrows done with Holly. She is the only one that does it the same shape every time. Im glad I found them! :)

I decided to give this salon another shot at a pedicure. Honestly it was fine. Aside me requesting Kim to not file a certain toe nail crooked, which she did. The pedi was good. I didn’t want her to fix it because it would’ve gotten shorter and I would’ve left annoyed, so I left it alone and had a basically fine pedi today. Kim was very nice & I do like her (very nice French tips!)
Everyone was very nice and I didn’t sense any attitudes, just servitude. I am considering having my nails filled here because all in all my experience was fine.

Hope this helps someone else. Aside from the disconnected flat atmosphere, treatment and poor quality it is really the Health risks that concern me. They were in a rush and I noticed when my pedi was done they did not rinse, scrub or disinfect the bowl before filling it & inviting the next victim to sit down. They do not use liners either. Additionally, i watched as the technician talked & wiped the instruments she had just used with a cotton ball & returned them to the bowl & set it next to the chair for the next customer.
My greatest fear is not the $ 70 I spent for the mani pedi but the $hundreds to rid myself of fungus. I have never had toe fungus so needless to say I am home and soaking my mani/​pedi in white vinegar (kills mold spores on fruits, veges & my now contaminated nails)!

This place is AMAZING!!! Holly did a fantastic job today. I showed her a pic on pinterest she did it perfectly even added a that extra sparkle that I love. Nathan & Holly were both very welcome and friendly. They know customer service, very willing to make sure I was happy. Great prices so if you’re in Monterey area and need your nails done, do your self a favor go see Holly and Nathan

If you are looking for a «spa like ambiance» you will not find it here. Its small, humble, quiet (perfect for the times you want to be alone and relax). They did a great job on my nails at a great price. I got a mani/​pedi but I received attitude the entire time from the older gentleman that did my nails. Everyone else was kind, warm and friendly.
Lots of pedi chairs, wish they had more staff but good quality work. If you are like me, I like to go by myself and zone out in the pedi massage chair, this place is perfect! It was relaxing for thr most part.
The owner has great customer service and I very much appreciate the response to my review.
