I am currently doing the online Tyson Method for Moms…6 week challenge. I’m your typical mom… no time to workout, eating on the run, always feeling a bit stressed. Tami’s 20 minute workouts, encouraging emails and community oriented website have been awesome! The program really emphasizes the importance of taking good care of yourself and changing your lifestyle in simple ways. So far, I AMLOVING it and would recommend this to everyone! Moms, Moms to be, Moms of grown kids… EVERYONE. The workouts feel great, are well instructed by Tami and Charles and the entire program is geared to make your life the best it can be.

I have never enjoyed working out and I actually havent done any form of exercise in years. I once did another bootcamp and enjoyed it but its honestly nothing like Boot Camp 4 Moms. Boot Camp 4 Moms has me craving for exercise! I am constantly thinking about«how many days till next class». Who knew that I could enjoy working out? This class has me addicted and when I feel the pain and burn the next couple of days after a class, I LOVE the class even more. Being able to bring my daughter makes this class even more do-able and fun. I also love the fact that I am teaching my daughter the importance of exercise — leading by example. Every single class is so different from the next class which keeps it exciting and new but also helps with muscle shock. I cannot recommend this camp enough. BESTEVER!

I started these classes several months after my baby was born after none of my other weight loss efforts were working. Within 6 weeks of training with Tami and Charles, I had lost 11 inches and was back to wearing my pre-pregnancy pants! Woo hoo! Tami and Charles are wonderful people and constantly change up the workouts so you don’t get bored. They’re definitely HARD workouts, but they do recognize that not everyone is at the same skill level and/or may have an injury, so they give you modifications for each move. Additionally, I loved the interaction with other moms and babies. It’s great to combine your Mommy and Me group and workout class together! I definitely recommend The Tyson Method!

I just started going to these classes a few months ago. I was initially nervous about it because I have an injured back and I didn’t want to make things worse. After a very short period of time, my physical therapist noticed that my back was less tense and I was stronger. Tami and Charles make an effort to show how things can be done at different fitness levels. This is in addition to the fact that the workouts are fun, they include a wide variety of movements so it’s never boring, I can take my baby with me, and we get some fresh air. Tami and Charles are very encouraging and kind. It’s a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend it!

This is the most amazing exercise program ever! I came to Tami and joined the group when my twins were 6 months old. I was depressed about the weight that I still had not lost and the flab that still stuck to my belly and butt. My self confidence was at all all-time low. I hardly ever left the house, since bringing a 3 year old and 6m old twins anywhere was stressful, which only contributed more to my low self-image. Since I was able to bring all the kids with me, I decided to give it a try. After all, it was in a nearby park and I would get to see and talk to real life adults for an hour! Heaven! I loved the class immediately! There are so many wonderful and welcoming women, and the workout was challenging, but not so much that I was killing myself. And best of all, i was able to get out of the house and do something good for myself, and my son was able to play while i was working out. I was even able to stop and feed the babies when i needed to, and some of the moms offered to help with the twins as well so that I could get back to the workout ASAP. Within just 4 weeks, I was back at my pre-baby weight. My energy level was up, my confidence was restored, and my satisfaction in the bedroom was better than ever! I was stronger and more fit than before even my first baby. This class is over the top amazing! I love it!
