Tried to come in and just order a sandwhich. Manager gave me a lot of headache just because I wanted to leave my bicycle inside while I order.

Had a horrible experience here today when I brought my daughters here for lunch.(I chose this place based on the good Unilocal reviews but will never come back!!!) The male staff and two female staff were very rude and condescending. The male staff had limited English skills. When I asked for the«rainy day deal», he shot back right away, «It’s NOT raining!» Customers don’t make up the weather! It was raining while we were driving there. Plus, the forecast reported 100% precipitation! He went back to ask his boss. He said, yes the deal is good. When I got to the end of line to pay, the female staff gave me the same grief about how it’s not raining. Really, they want to be so petty? Furthermore, for the kids meal they cut off 2 inches of the bread and throw that away. Even my 6 year old noticed and had a strong reaction to it, stating«how wasteful!» Tip to the manager: train your staff to treat your customers better. Teach your staff how to build relationships with customers. It’s not just a «hello, welcome to subway.» You need to mean it. Oh and don’t just treat the Spanish speaking customers better because they are of your ethnicity. This was the worst lunch experience my kids and I had for this past year! Customers shouldn’t have to feel horrible when paying for a meal.(By the way, while we were eating there, the slight rain that the staff can’t see from behind the counter turned into a heavy downpour. We still felt like they treated us like we were trying to take advantage of them. There was no apology from the staff.)

I take my family here to this Subway location few times a month every time my little daughters crave Subway and we usually get great service but today our usual employee we always happen to get was not there. We usually get a hello and a smile but not this time I think the fellows name was Jordan maybe he had a bad day, he asked us what we would like I told him my daughters would like a kids meal in the middle of me trying to tell him something he rudely cut me off and said white or wheat in very aggressive demeanor I told him white I then told him they would like cold cut instead of the turkey or ham or other stuff which is the same price something we always do there and the usual super nice younger Latino gentleman always says not a problem but this time Jordan said no I’m not going to do that my wife asked to speak with a manager to find out why they wouldn’t do it this time when they usually always do it so he decides to go in the back and ask another person his name happen to be Octavio then Jordan comes back and says Octavio said no and he doesn’t feel like he wants to come out and try to talk to my wife to explain. My wife informed them that’s terrible customer service not to come out and explain why out of the blue they won’t do that today so we walked out. They lost out at least $ 30 to $ 40 of sales and if you add that up four or five times a month good job .We just left another Subway and they had no problem making my daughters a cold cut kids meal shame on those guys and their bad attitude. The owner now suffers from loss of sales and bad neighborhood reputation one customer tells 30 people who happen to tell another 30 people and so on and so on. No wonder there was only one person there at 6pm dinner rush .No customer love.

Vegan black bean sub is great(available at select locations) although I like the malibu garden better. They also have some tasty kettle flavor tortilla chips that are super crunchy.

3.5 star There is easy parking for bikes or cars. This subway was fast and the food was good. I didn’t give them a five because the veggies tasted frozen and it was a bit hard to bite into. If you go here maybe you should toast your sandwich.

This is a clean and fast Subway. I stopped here after a two hour SUP on my way to meet a friend at the beach. It took less than five minutes and I had a healthy turkey sub made the way I like it. It’s a great price, a healthy lunch and perfect food for the beach.

Great service… never really busy. My order is always perfect. I always like getting cookies and they are always perfectly cooked. The girls hear are super nice and know what they are doing. Seating is a bit a difficult since I always have a stroller but we seem to manage. I love the soups!

I’m the first to review this Subway… wooohooo! What is there to say… it’s a Subway. Just like the other Subway I Unilocaled, the only thing I can rate is the service, since the food is just like every other Subway that appear on every other block in LA. The sandwich makers are nice and are not stingy with the toppings. The male sandwich makers tend to be more friendly than the females(and no it’s not because I’m a female… my husband agrees with this statement).
