I actually wish that Unilocal had the option to rate someone 0 stars. That is how terrible my experience with Denise Fast and her office has been. I am both a homeowner, and a renter, I have worked with lots of realtors and landlords, and never in my life have I had an experience that was so negative and unprofessional, both directly with Denise as well as her office. They were dishonest from the day I came in to sign the lease, I wanted something long-​term. And they did not inform me that the house I was signing up to lease was actually in the permitting process for demolition. Because she was working with our landlord, who also withheld this information. I found out by accident 10 days after moving in. Then they refused to allow me out of the lease. She and her office avoided my calls and communication took no responsibility for their actions. When we did finally get to move out, she confirmed that we had cleaned the house and she said ‘I have never seen a house so clean’, and not long after, later she charged us a cleaning fee. And again, no communication, totally inconsistent, unreliable. It was an absolutely awful experience.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Denise Fast and her Office Staff. She’s sold my MDR condo, and helped us purchase a PDR condo — both quickly and without stress. This is the person you want on your side when selling or buying real estate!
