Charles Guinn guided me through the process to acquire a reverse mortgage in May-​June-​July 2013. He guided me through the paperwork, lined up a reliable appraiser, briefed me on what I needed to know for the necessary interview, and then set up the final meeting with a notary to complete the submission.
