Britt is a true brow artist! I was skeptical as I was transitioning from threading to waxing but one wax with britt, and I’ve never looked back.
She was gentle and talked me through the wax so I’d know what to expect. She asked me how I loked my brows to look and gave me exactly that, my eyebrows have never looked so good.
I recommend her to everyone, no matter what your experience has been elsewhere!

I am always anal about my brows. Never have I ever been satisfied with my brow results. Then I met Brittany, Britt. She is the best. A true artist. I read these reviews after I got my brows done and I’m glad. She’s amazing. These other people are a little nuts. I love how she takes her time to make sure that I am happy and that the brows are perfect. The second time I went I brought my bestie and my sis. They are now faithful clients. Wherever she goes I will follow.

Brittany is the best!!! I am competing in a pageant and I am really particular when it comes to my brows. She did mine absolutely perfect and this was by far the best eye brow wax I’ve ever received. Couldn’t speak highly enough about my experience, I will definitely be back!

Not sure who did my brows, but it was probably Tiffany, as my brows turned out great. Service was impeccable, i came in at my appointment time, everything was ready to go and my brows look amazing. Will definitely be coming back here for my brows.

Checked into hotel across the road (MdR Doubletree — awesome hotel by the way) and went up to 3^rd street promenade for some shopping. I live in Australia and have been to Santa Monica before, stayed in the same hotel a year and a half ago and this Ulta wasn’t there (neither was anything in the area). Whilst shopping released I should get my brows done, but didn’t know anywhere in area so thought about going to benefit brow bar. Never been to one in Aus.
Went to Nordstrom, they told my there was a benefit at Bloomingdales. Went there, said they dont have anymore. Giving up, caught bus back to hotel then remembered the Ulta! Went across to see if they have waxing services to find a brow bar! Wasn’t anyone in the benefit area but I stood for a minute and someone asked if I needed any help. Checked their schedule and sat me down straight away. Not on the lady who did my brows name but she was awesome. So chatty which I love, asked me about australia. Only cost $ 21 but I left her a $ 5 tip. My brows look awesome as well, needed them shaped bad and she did a great job.

I see from the other reviews that a girl named Tiffany is great. I unfortunately did not have Tiffany, I had Brit. My eyebrows are UNEVEN completely. I can’t even fix it with makeup. I ALWAYS go to Ulta to get my eyebrows done. I haven’t been to this one before and I never will again, but I have never had a bad wax job. I noticed that she was trimming the top of one eyebrow. I don’t know why and I didn’t question it because Ulta is always good, but why would she do that?
Disappointed doesn’t even explain it. I’m so upset AND I have a show tonight. Total bummer.

She’s an EXPERT! A true artist with eagle-​eye and the MOST gentle touch!
She’s super friendly and will ask you before she does anything so you know if something painful is coming so that you don’t jump. I could chat with her for days!
She answered all of my questions and gave some great tips! I am actually looking forward to seeing her in 4-​weeks.

I havent felt this confident about the shape of my brows in, well… forever!
I also took to heart the advice not to pluck as then they all grow in at different times, so I am for once listening & will be back in 4 weeks to see her again!
