Be very very careful at this location I have seen roaches in the dining area in addition to the restroom as well as underneath the table. I told the manager Jose he said ok turned around and walked away. A month later my colleague went to the Wendys and received a chicken sandwich that had a tomato on it we went back up there together and the manager said I remember you and you just what you ordered and they did not replace his food which was a smack in the face especially because my friend purchase the sandwich and specifically told them not to add tomatoes and there was tomatoes on that he did not get a replacement meal and we didn’t even leave the parking lot we went back around to the drive thru and the management Jose would not allow us to get the correct meal

Worst Wendy’s Experience Ever. After EVERY item I stated I would like to order, the person would say through the speaker, «Is that all for your order?» I am a big fan of the grilled chicken wraps normally. I ordered«2 grilled chicken wraps with no honey mustard» followed by «4 more grilled chicken wraps with ranch instead of the honey mustard». I pulled to the first window and the lady did not greet me. Instead, she reached out for my card and kept talking to an employee standing next to her. I then pulled to the second window where the young girl didn’t even make eye contact with me, much less greet me. She handed me the three drinks and then stood with her rear facing me. After waiting a long period of time, a young guy reached over and handed me a bag. I asked him which wraps did not have any dressing. He didn’t know, turned around and asked, then told me the two on top don’t have it and the two on the bottom have the honey mustard. I said, none of them should have honey mustard and there should be a total of six. He called the lady up from the first window who leaned through the window to tell me that I only ordered 2 + 2 for a total of 4. I said, that is incorrect, and then repeated my order. She said, «oh, well, I only charged you for 4.» They took so long to make the other two and recharge me that I couldn’t believe they didn’t ask me to pull up and wait since the cars behind me were are all waiting so long. The young girl finally handed me the new bag and still never said one word! I looked at her and said«this is usually where you say thank you or have a nice day or something for customer service.» She gave me a sarcastic smile, starred at me, and didn’t say a word. There were several employees around here, no one jumped up to the recovery. As if the experience wasn’t bad enough, I started to eat my wrap only to find the chicken to be extremely dry, chewy, and smaller than the size of a chicken tender strip. TERRIBLE experience! That being said, this is not normal results that I have received from the other Wendy’s throughout the Atlanta area.

I am forced to frequent this location because my son likes to eat there, but you can book it that I will not be back, EVER! I’ve experienced bad attitudes, slow service, cold food and wrong orders and tolerated it. Well, no longer and here is why… they ripped off my elderly father the change from his $ 20 and rudely handled it when he asked for his change. He left there with a $ 6 dollar order he paid $ 20 for. I contacted the manger the next night after finding out. She was nice and apologized but took not responsibility and never once offered to make it right nor did she care that she was losing a frequent customer for life. She didn’t even ask my name or anything and was quick to get off the phone. Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave. Good bye Wendy’s.

The worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. I had a $ 2 off coupon and the manager waited on me but didn’t apply it. I asked for ½ sweet tea & ½ lemonade but got brown water with no flavor. Service was extremely slow especially compared to the amount of traffic in the store. Won’t be back!

When it comes to traditional American fast food chains, McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A are among my favorites. Wendy’s also comes pretty close. In college, I was a big fan of their 99-cent Super Value Menu. These days, the Value Menu still exists, but not everything is 99 cents like it used to be. I recently stopped by this Wendy’s for a weekday lunch and had a nice meal for $ 4.20(tax included). Here’s what I got: Jr. Cheeseburger 4-piece Chicken Nuggets Value Fries Small Frosty(Vanilla) It’s hard to beat that kind of value in terms of regularly priced menu items. Everything tasted good too. Note there were only two or three other items that were available on the menu for 99 cents. Everything else was more expensive than that. I believe I saw one item as high as $ 1.79, an 80-cent or exorbitant 81% increase from before. These above-99-cent items included the Double Stack and Chili, a popular item. The Jr. Cheeseburger came with lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo, ketchup, and mustard. It was constructed fresh and not messy to eat. The 4-piece nuggets were better than I expected. I love McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets — they are hard to beat. Wendy’s nuggets are solid too. They are different than Mickey D’s nuggets and delicious in their own way. The breading on Wendy’s nuggets seems seasoned, thicker, and crispier. The meat inside Wendy’s nuggets also seems a bit heartier. Ever since Wendy’s switched to the«Natural-Cut» French fries, I have liked their fries a whole lot more. Once again, I think McDonald’s is king when it comes to fries, but Wendy’s has upped its game with these fancier fries. «Natural-Cut» means you’ll see some potato skins still on the fries. They are crispier and overall tastier(saltier) than before. In the past, I always felt Wendy’s fries were dull, but not so much anymore. Kudos to them for making this change. Finally, I love the Frosty, particularly at this location. I ordered a Vanilla Frosty and for 99 cents, you get a lot of Frosty for your buck(minus one cent). The Frosty was thick, rich, smooth, creamy, and delicious. Unless you eat super slow, don’t worry about a Frosty melting if you order with your meal and try to save it at the end for dessert. It’s thick enough so it doesn’t melt as fast as say regular ice cream. At the recommendation of Unilocaler Joy W, I tried dipping my fries in both the Vanilla and Chocolate Frosty(my friend ordered a Chocolate). Despite hearing good things about this combination of foods, I did not like it. It was a simply a bad idea. The staff at this location seem to do a good job. This is an old school Wendy’s location that could definitely use some updating, but the staff still keeps this place nice and clean inside. Most of the fast food joints in the immediate area aren’t really up to snuff either, so I’m not surprised this Wendy’s hasn’t renovated recently.

Do not eat here!!! The staff here is very rude and lazy. Asking for napkins and ketchup seemed to be a problem for the rude guy working the drive thru who made it extemely obvious he was tired. The food was disgusting and soggy. I immediately spat my food out and threw it all away. I will not be back.
