Beautiful facilities and I nice soothing waterfall outside the front entrance. Everything has a brand new feel to it. From the looks of it, there are quite of few different medical offices located in the building, which is nice if you have different needs you can get everything checked out from the same location. My wife and I scheduled our annual physicals together, with one after the other an hour apart at 9 and 10am. We arrived a little earlier so we could fill out any paperwork. It looked like there weren’t that many people there at the time. However, it was probably close to 45 mins before I finally got to see my doctor. When I walked out into the waiting room, my wife had already gone inside, so I was hoping she would be done soon. 45 mins later, I texted her and she still hadn’t seen the doctor yet. In total, we stayed there for almost 2 ½ hours. While my wife was getting her blood drawn, she was chatting with the nurse and told her she was starving since it was close to noon and you aren’t allowed to eat or drink after midnight the night before. And so the nurse asked her why she didn’t schedule earlier. But my wife told her we actually scheduled in the morning at 9 and 10am, it just took forever to complete. So that would be my biggest issue is the long wait, despite the fact that there weren’t a lot of other patients there at that time. The doctor, though, was good and very polite. So no issues there. Will just have to try scheduling earlier next time.

Visited the Urgent Care on Monday evening. My sister was suffering from a back spasm. She is confined to a wheelchair. After waiting to be checked in, waiting for a room, waiting to be seen. The«Dr.» sent word that we should go to a hospital ER. When asked repeatedly if we could see the Dr. we were told the«Dr» said to go to an ER. I again asked to see the Dr. And we were told we would have to wait. Finally, Dr. Meredith came in; did not talk with my sister, never examined her back and refused any treatment. We were told to go to a hospital ER. DO not use his facility under any circumstances. Minus stars

On Sunday the 19th we were turned away by the rude front desk guy because they«don’t treat toothaches and don’t prescribe painkillers». Aren’t they supposed to be HELPING people? When someone is in TEN level pain from a tooth that needs a root canal and can’t get into an endodontist until the next day, they should be sympathetic to that and help the patient in any way they can. Instead we were treated with disdain and I will NEVER use Wellstar ever again. It’s disgusting that we weren’t even able to see a doctor and were turned away at the door by someone who isn’t qualified to treat people. Absolutely disgusting and I will be telling everyone about this incident. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Although I’m not a fan of their billing team, the med team here are pros. Thorough and positive.

I just went here for their urgent care facility. It is incredible. Great lobby with super nice front desk people. Then the nurse was really nice and thorough. Her name is Stephanie. The Dr. Has great bedside manner. And, he was terrific too. His name is KC Patel. Oh and I should mention Alyssa the other nurse who stepped in just for a minute. She was all smiles. Everyone made me feel really comfortable. Something else to mention. This is WellStar Easy Cobb Health Park. The rest of the facility has almost everything from family internist, sports medicine, sleep center, breast center cardiac diagnostics, major imaging, and much more. These are just not open on the weekends like the urgent care. The urgent care is open 9am– 9pm 7days a week. This is better then any other urgent care I have seen. Didn’t like being sick. They made it better
