Awesome service. Tucker did a wonderful job providing me with a partial highlight, deep conditioning and a haircut. Under the supervision of her knowledgable instructor. I received an excellent haircut. I highly recommend it and I save so much money. I would definitely use their services again. Just allot ample time.

I live three hours away and it’s fortunate that I have friends that live in Atlanta, so I always come here to get my hair done. Today I wanted a cut and an extensive color change. My stylist was really attentive to what I specifically wanted. The cut was fabulous, and she had suggestions of tapering my face, which worked out great. I requested an ombré with dark color on top to blend into blonde on the ends, with a snap of purple to the ends. Unfortunately my ends didn’t lighten enough and she was honest, and knowledgable enough to suggest waiting on the purple until next visit to get it lighter. Instead she toned it, which made the blonde look even better. She finished with a blowout and straight iron curls. It looks awesome! Affordable cut and color, and I wish Andrea, my stylist so much luck as she graduates on Thursday!

My best friend and I both came in for a cut and color. We loved it! I got my hair cut by the director Darian herself which was a wonderful treat for me as well as the students flocked around eager to learn from the master herself.
My color was done by Addy and she was meticulous and I can’t find a silver strand anywhere!!! She has five more months until she graduates and she definitely has a talent in the color department. I have thick curly hair which gave Addy a new challenge to style which she had not had yet. She got my hair shiny and straight with a little guidance just like I love.
Susan one of the instructors guided me in my product purchases and I even picked up a dry shampoo for my dog.
It was wonderful watching the students learn. It may take a little longer than a typical salon but you’re providing learning opportunities and you get discounted rates as a result. Definitely worth it if you want a new look or just an update.

I have been several times and left as a satisfied customer. During one visit the stylist didn’t color the roots evenly so I contacted the director Darian and they quickly corrected the problem. Russell is also very nice, he mentored the student who helped with my touch-​up. The students take longer than a salon stylist, but I’m fine with that. I like the attention to detail, and you save a few bucks to boot!

Very happy with my first experience there. I had cut, color and highlights. The stylist did a great job with color and highlights. My cut was more difficult for her but she consulted with instructor. I walked away satisfied. The price was great !! Thank you.

Rude people, crap shampoo chair that almost broke my neck, more color on my skin than on my hair… just stay away.

First let me say this is a really cheap place for a haircut, so I’m not that picky about how long it takes (3 hours for a mens cut). I recently got a haircut and the guy left many heavy spots in my hair where it is poofy even after I style it… The supervisor was not doing his job that day because he left and never came back to check the work. When I was paying, he then appeared and took a quick check and noticed the problems because he mentioned it. The supervisor said «it’s good, it’s fine» and signed off and walked away. Well as my hair grew out a little there were MAJOR unevenness and heavyness in some areas. So I called at 2:10 on a saturday to get it fixed up, and She said their last appointment they take is at 2pm… (Which is a recent change). I said «I have gotten a haircut after 2 before I just need it trimmed up and fixed from my last cut there. I’m 5 mins away can someone cut it?». She replied «we don’t take appointments after 2, I can book you one for Tuesday (which is the next day they are open after Saturday) But their next open day was Tuesday. I explained the situation that i was not happy with my last cut there… And that i need a cut sooner then Thursday and that I’ll need to go pay for another haircut somewhere else. I understand the students and workers want to be out by 4 or 5, but I just needed a trim and I live 5 mins from the academy. She said «that’s fine». No apologies or anything. Was not willing to work with me to fix the problem…

After reading the other Negative Reviews. I’m wondering if some of you forgot this is a SCHOOL! and these are students performing the services… You came here because you didn’t or couldn’t afford a REAL SALON… Talking about a $ 100 phone case hilarious. (Lies) but your at a school getting a $ 4 hair cut… anyhoo I went here was greeted very kindly by a gentlemen named Thad, after check in STUDENT named Ashley came right out. She asked me what style are you going for? and being a stylist my self I thought she did a great shampoo. My hair turned out great! Adrienne another STUDENT did my 14yo daughters hair. And my daughter absolutely loved her hair! For these too young ladies to be students they did a wonderful job! I would refer a friend, and return.

Great highlights, cuts and styles at reasonable prices. The students listen, consult with their instructors and strive to do their best.

The other day I went into Toni and Guy for a cut & color and did not have a good experience at all. My appointment was for 9:30 and even though I arrived about 10 minutes late they kept me waiting. I met my stylist and was immediately skeptical, my head was screaming «don’t let her cut your hair» but I wanted to give her a chance
This girl (Alaina) was incredibly awkward and made me SO uncomfortable! Some people just really shouldn’t do hair. She clearly had no idea what she was doing and her lack of confidence, manner of speaking, and appearance just made me uneasy. I really regret not listening to the horrible nervous feeling I got when I met her. I asked for a medium blonde color and ended up with dark brown… REALLY dark brown. She got dye on my $ 100 phone case and my shirt and my hair looks like a 5 year old cut it. I haven’t taken off my hat at all since I got my hair done here, if I could leave it on to shower or sleep I would. Worst haircut of my entire life!!!

Great Color, Great Prices!

This used to be Roffler School of Hair Cutting. Then sold to the Toni&Guy people. I preferred it when it was Roffler, because I liked the Roffler hair care products. I prefer students to cut my hair, as they are under no time pressure, so they take their time & like to show off their skills they learn in classes. Hair cuts, with a shampoo, were $ 8. I am guessing they are still at that level or not much higher. I always got a good cut. Sometimes, even a terrific cut. I heartily recommend going there.
