Tn Nails

Just a no go, I came here without reading reviews and I honestly wish I had. Decided to get a pedicure while I waited on an oil change. First, I just wanted a regular pedicure. Not only was the massage weak and short, it was the worst one I’ve ever had. They kept trying to up sell me on the services. No scrub for my legs and no exfoliation for my feet. They basically took off my polish, put on some polish, wet my feet, and put lotion on them. BARE MINIMUM. I will never waste my money and time here again.

Avoid!!! Wish I could rate this place with zero stars. Terrible service! The technicians are terrible and unqualified. They were leaving the patrons nails under the uv light for too long! Two of my nails fell off the NEXT day while I was on vacation!!! I was highly upset. They refused to give me my money back. There are two many other options in this area to risk infection and your health by patronizing this place. I am contacting the health department asap. This place needs to be investigated. Stay away!!!

I hate this place. I came here for the first time and got a pink and white fill in and a pedicure. The guy who did my fill in cut me twice. The first time on my cuticle and second time under my nail where my nail meets my skin. He didn’t even apologize. Then, the lady (Lily) who did my toes rushed so fast that you could hardly call it a pedicure. When I paid (I always give a 20% tip), I was putting in my $ 10 on $ 50 on my card and she asked if I had cash! Man, you’re lucky your even getting a tip…

I’ve been going to this place for years – and it’s always packed! They are great, do a wonderful job (I’ve been to other nail salons where my nail polish started chipping in a couple days!).
They’re also very accomodating – occasionally I’ve come in late and ending up staying beyond their closing time – even if I was the only one left in the salon, they always made me feel like it was fine and never rushed me!

Terrible experience. The nail tech was constantly interrupted by his son while working on my pedicure, then took a personal call from his wife, leaving me with one foot in, and one out of the water for over 15 minutes. The other tech did my manicure while I was in the pedicure chair, and I had to reach to the side to let her access my left hand as she was standing on the right side of the chair. She did a lousy job, and the cuticles were only ½ cut! That’s right, only one side of the cuticle on every finger was trimmed… wierd! As I was sitting in the chair, another tech sat at a manicure station across from me and plucked her eye brows, then took out a long metal instrument and proceeded to remove black heads from her face in the mirror. I was disgusted and will never go back. Ever.
