Went in to get a small card laminated. New Guy was on the register and was completely baffled by how to ship something internationally. Doug(manager?) was in the back with someone and seemed oblivious that a line of folks was stacking up in his store. After 15 minutes(and several customers walking out in frustration), new guy took my card and said«it just takes a minute to warm up the laminator.» He then went on to help another person, but, again was slow and completely baffled by the whole transaction. Now I’ve waited over 20 minutes and he tells me that Doug has to operate the laminating machine and I need to wait on him. Doug has not appeared this entire time and seems to have no interest in coming out of the back room. I gave up and walked out… 30 minutes completely wasted. I will never step foot in there again.

I would have continued doing business with this location(Parkaire Mall) if the manager had only apologized for giving my mail box away and not calling me to renew. It’s worth driving the extra few minutes to one of the other locations. What happened? I went in one day to find my key wouldn’t fit my box, ask what the problem was and the clerk couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but gave me my mail, nevertheless. A month later I went in to follow up and was told my box where I have all my business mail sent had expired and had been given to someone else. No apology; no empathy. The manager said he «contacted» me by leaving a note in my mailbox. Why can’t you pick up the phone and ask me to renew? That way we both win. You get a paying customer and I get to keep my address my mail has been going to forever!
