If you look at my reviews I have never given a bad review because that’s just not me. I believe the everyone makes mistakes, but when given the chance they should own up to it. In Nov 2015 I purchased a couple of gift cards from the Hiram location and received 2 gift certificates. Dinner for 2 up to a $ 30.00 value. I gave my daughter and husband one of them and they had dinner at the Kennesaw location on Dec 27th. They gave the certificates to the server with their payment. When they noticed that the credit on the bill wasn’t correct, they were told that there was not a cat. for that but what they had was up to $ 20 off 1 meal. I called the next day and talked to Kyle the manager and he insisted I was wrong. I told him that I still had another one and would send him a photo of it. Finally, he said to send my daughter back and he would give her $ 20.00. When she arrived, Kyle told her that he could do that and had no idea why I would say that. I called the store that gave me the cert and they confirmed that I was correct and there is a bar code that changes the issuing store for the cert. I called Kyle back and told him he knew what he had said to me and insisted that he pull the check with the cirt. I also questioned him why he denied telling me to send my daughter back. Finally, he told me to send her back again. I explained that he had already had 3 chances to make this right and that I was calling corp. I did the online completed the online form on Dec 29th and waited for someone to call me. Because it was the holidays I wanted a week to follow up. I called and talked to Julie in «Customer Relation» and she flagged my complaint and would get back with me by the end of the day. She did not call me back. I waited another week and was told the same thing by her again. Over the next two weeks I called her back 7 times and could never leave a voicemail. I also called 2 times and left a message for her Donna her manager. I even called the Hiram location and asked if they would give John, who the GM for both stores my number to call me. Today, Jan 28th I called and was given Donna’s voicemail, but why leave her a 3rd message and hit 0 to go back to the operator. She then transfers me to Sara, who works under Donna and tried to tell me that the reason Donna had not called me back today was because she was in a training class. Well, what about last week? Why didn’t she call me back then? I asked Sara to transfer me to Donna’s boos and Sara REFUSED! I am uploading a copy of the other cert. that I have. I probably would have not taken it this far if it hadn’t been for location manger, Kyle is lying about telling me to send my daughter back and he would give her $ 20.00 SHAMEONTEXASROADHOUSE! For having a manager that lies, customer relations that doesn’t follow through and for Sara refusing to transfer me.

We love this restaurant! Never disappointed when we leave. Emily is the best– we get lucky and get seated in her section all the time. She is great! Excellent service, and the food is delicious!

Not going to lie we go there sometimes twice a week! My family loves it we always get the mild wings and they are great! The children’s menu is super cheep for a restaurant, the kids Mac n cheese is HUGE way to much for baby. You get your money’s worth! The waitresses are alway very friendly! The wait sucks on the weekends! We always call ahead which turns a thirty minute wait into about only ten minutes. Over all we love this place.

I love coming to Texas Roadhouse ! Casual chill atmosphere and good American food. Give u a bucket of peanuts when u sit down(I usually fill up on those) and all the food there is tasty. Quick service and very kid friendly.

Always seem to have issues here. I think this is our last time coming here. Today we called ahead and still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Not a big deal but everyone else waited the same amount of time. We were seated in the elevated section and were the only ones up there amongst 12 open tables. We waited about ten minutes for a waiter/waitress and ended up having to go to the front desk to request out waitress. She finally stopped by and took our orders. The salad and chili came out as expected but 3 orders took nearly 25 minutes. The steaks were over cooked and an order of mushrooms were cold. We had to track her down to get refills and to get a to go box. Overall she checked on us twice during the whole time we were there. This one experience wouldn’t have been too bad but we’ve had similar experiences here the last 3 times we ate here. As I type this we have waited 10 minutes for a to go box and our check. I would attribute this to her being busy but she doesn’t have any other tables…

This is my first visit at the Marietta location. I also brought my companion. He hasn’t ever eaten at a Texas or Logan Roadhouse. I must say the service was on Point! I can’t remember the young lady’s name, but she was pleasant in her personality. She was also accommodating to our requests(well, mine). I ordered the bone-in ribeye, medium. The edges were more like medium rare, but the center was pink. I couldn’t eat it all. Half of the steak came home with me. Oh, let me expound on how she was accommodating, i asked for my sauteed onions to be considered a side and she was ok with doing that. The Douglasville location, wouldn’t oblige. My companion ordered the porterhouse t-bone, as i suggested. TENDER and delicious. Steak Fries were burnt and looked like they sat under the heat lamp for hours instead of minutes. Buttered Corn, he didn’t eat. I brought those home. I tasted them. Not sure if they’re swimming in butter or bacon fat or combination of the 2. Now, i’m not giving 5 stars for 2 reasons. 1) My armadillo punch was lacking the«punch» and the cranberry juice. 2) My house salad could have been fresher and had more lettuce. Overall, service, wait time and food was good! I will come back here for another visit.

Great steaks and service. The sides weren’t that great but the the steaks were good. U can also pick you own steak if u want lol. Our take out order took long and they messed it up but they fixed it quick. Overall great steakhouse much better than outback.

One of my favorite restaurants as of today! Service is great. Everyone is super attentive and nice. They give you complimentary bread rolls with cream cheese when you are seated and the bread is delicious. I ordered the smokehouse burger cooked medium-well and my boyfriend ordered the smothered jack cheese chicken. Both were absolutely phenomenal! The patty super thick and juicy; also it was cooked to perfection. Burger was delicious with the exception that it was a bit too salty in the middle. The chicken was also very juicy and had great flavor. Huge portions for a low price!

We went to TRH once before and felt like the place needed a cleaning. Decided to try it again. Arrived on a Sunday evening at 7pm and the place was busy. Seated in a 2 person bar table(only table available that I could see) All right no big wait! Asked if they could clean table. Waiter wipes with bar napkin. really? Bathrooms a mess. Sorry this is just a bad impression. I wont bore you with how much they dropped the ball but. had to beg for set up of fork napkin etc, the salads came out before the Cactus Blossom, food was in my beer glass when served, waiter kept forgetting stuff etc etc. They just don’t have their act together! It was a joke. The front end manager needs to step it up. On the positive side the back end(kitchen) did great. The food was all well prepared and tasty! 2 visits same result. Bad front end, good back end.

This is such a cool place to eat the downfall is its always crowded on weekends. The food is good, rolls are incredible, and the prices aren’t too bad. They have one of the best side salads and their dressings are made from scratch. Can’t go wrong with steak here and the rattlesnake bites appetizer is a fav of mine. Sign up for their emails and get a free appetizer for your birthday. Also, unlimited peanuts!

Seats were wet when we sat down. Waited forever for our server! Bread was there but no silverwares. We had to ask for them from the hostess. We got the worse service tonight with Julian. We waited forever for him to get our drinks, salads took forever & dinners took forever to get to us. Drinks were not filled up like they should. We had to wave him down. He didn’t check up on us. Steaks were too done! We asked for medium well. This was the worse service we ever had! We typically come every week! We were disappointed!

Slow getting seated! No bread avail until our meal came to table. .service Ok. .had to send steak back it wasn’t cooked well done! Side salad was good as well as sweet potato. .Margarita was weak! !! Macaroni was a joke. .looked and tasted like kraft smh

Customer service is always great, the food is always consistent, and for your birthday you ride the saddle! What other place can you go to that encourages you to actually throw peanuts on the floor?! The appetizers are always worth ordering, really enjoyed the fried pickles. The bread… omg, the bread will leave you asking for more and more! The salads will appeal to the biggest salad snobs out there and their steaks in my opinion are equal to ruths chris but for a fraction of the price. I’ve been going there for years and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Go for your birthday and ride the saddle!

We went on Mother’s day, and even though they were super busy they did a very good job. The Filet was 5 stars, the sirloin was 3 stars.(The Outback sirloin is better) Peanuts all over, which was fun. When people have a long wait, they should have someone handing out water, peanuts, and rolls.

I’ll go out on a limb and say 5, ’cause we always have fun here and the food is excellent. We sit at the bar to avoid all the kids here and we don’t have to wait for a table(which can be a long wait). Plus we can watch sports and chat with other folks. OK, so steak is awesome, the rolls are soft and chewy and the salads have lots of toppings, not skimpy anywhere. Partner gets ribs and a full rack is easily 15 bones, nice portions. Have to give props to Chadd, who manages his bar crowd like the pro he is! He’s servicing the whole place, keeping an eye on 20 stools and keeping it light with easy conversation and a relaxed pace. Some bartenders let you know when they are stressed and it reduces the fun, but Chadd handles it all like he’s using the crowd as energy, and Lainee was cool, too. They really had a positive working partnership and I’m sure it was like that till close. Keep up the good work and we will always be back!
