Get EVERYTHING in writing because every time you talk to them, the story changes. They will tell you one thing to get the sale, then when you question it, will tell you that they didn’t say «that». I am very unhappy with the result of the deception. It felt like a shell game was being played. I am not stupid, but obviously I was stupid enough to believe that I was being told the truth.
