T&D Sweet Treats

Wonderful window display, too bad they were closed at 4pm yesterday when me & the 3 kiddos came to check it out. Very disappointing.

I when here earlier today and I didn’t really enjoy my experience here.
THE ENVIRONMENT: was very small kind of like a small coffee shop… Cute. The only thing that I felt uncomfortable with was the fact that it was super quiet. There was no music (just air) and no one else in the restaurant when I went there… ghost town!
CUSTOMER SERVICE: the girl who greeted me at the door was the only one there. When she greeted me she did not look as if she was happy to have any customers because she did not have a smile and her expression was very bored and nonchalant about her job the entire time I was there.
KNOWLEDGEABILITY: I inquired about a red velvet brownie and what kind of filling was on the inside, and the girl servicing me said «Cream cheese I guess, I don’t know» so I just decided to get the Butterfinger Brownie.
QUALITY: the Butterfinger brownie that I ordered was good. I took it back to work and warmed it in my microwave and I really enjoyed it.
PRICE: The prices were okay. I wouldn’t say I was getting a real good deal only because I was paying almost 5 dollars for a single brownie that wasn’t huge and that was the only thing that I got, its not like I received a beverage with it.
WILL I RETURN: probably not because of the prices and the quality of the brownie. It wasn’t that special to be paying five dollars and receiving that kind of customer service.
