Took a new black down coat with faux fur trimmed hat to have freshened up for winter in early November, it had maybe been worn 8 times at most. Picked up destroyed coat with ripped off hat, buttons dangling & filthy lint all over smelled worse than when I dropped it off, like someone wore it and got dog hair all over it. Went from new to trash in 2 days. The company lied & said they had video of me taking the hat off. Nobody in the world would remove a hat from a coat, the hat is the dirtiest part, you want the hat cleaned with the coat right??? The owner refused to make it right & replace the coat. Said he was afraid of us, laughed at us, and said see you in court(his words of threat to us). Seems like he is very used to this practice of ruining peoples clothes and then acting like he is in fear of you just hoping we will shut up and go away. I filed a report with the better business bureau because it is a well rehearsed game he is playing on consumers, he had every word down, he told us to get an attorney. I used to go to this cleaners years ago and after destroying my daughters down coat and lying about a video that didn’t exist, I now know I will never go here again. The manager/owner Chris Everett does not care at all about his customers. My daughter has been without a coat all winter because they literally ripped the hat off of the coat and left white tags hanging where the buttons were, and it smells like a dog. We don’t own a dog and the coat did not smell like this when I took it in to be cleaned for the season. If it were my business I would replace the coat without question and take the ruined coat to donate. He should be ashamed of himself for pulling this kind of nonsense. I would have been better off fabreezing the coat & avoiding Sprayberry cleaners altogether they are also affiliated Abby’s Cleaners. If you are happy they come across as very friendly, but if they ruin something you like, watch out Chris Everett will say he is shaking and in fear for his like(watched too much tv) then laugh at you and say see you in court(as he apparently threatens everyone). He knows it is a waste of my time, but you know what I think on principal alone it is well worth my time to reveal his horrible business ethic. Small claims court will see my receipt where they wrote that the hood was missing & that they needed to redo because it was dirty. What do you think the judge will say?

After the change of ownership — lost dry cleaning, over billing and clothing returned dirty. There were just too many excuses to continue with their services.

I had no idea this was Sprayberry Cleaners. I know them as My Dry Cleaning Guy. They deliver to my apartment community in Vinings and I’ve never actually been to their store. Prices are reasonable, especially considering they come to my building twice a week. Billing has been good(you provide a credit card number when you start the service and then they contact you on the 1st to let you know how much will be billed on the 10th). Laundered shirts could be a little better. They use a clamp press and it leaves a mark at the bottom of our shirts. My spouse likes to keep his button downs untucked and you can definitely see the clamp mark under his sweater. Also, there have been a few times when the clothes have been delivered wrinkled. I think my apartment management is more at fault, but if it keeps happening I can’t help but blame the cleaners.

It hits my requirements of convenient and reasonably priced. On top of that, you get the bonus of a Unilocal*check-in special and really nice folks. They’re located behind the primary strip commercial, but this probably leads to lower overhead with the savings passed along to the customer. I’ll be back.

I have been going to this drycleaners for a couple years. Within the past year, it changed ownership and let me tell you, the new owners and team now are fantastic. They care about you having a great experience — all clothes/items cared for and cleaned impeccably well — and they have great customer service.(They spiced the place up too with some new floors and paint.) They have a great newsletter you can sign up for when you go in and they’ll email you coupons and tips! They really go above and beyond. If you live in Marietta near Sandy Plains and East Piedmont or if you are in that neck of the woods often, try them out! They are tucked behind Arby’s and let me tell you, they are worth finding because they do a wonderful job! Try them… you’ll be glad you did!
