Good lord this place is a mess! The entire building has a disgusting smell constantly, the indoor pool is freezing, the hot tub is also cold and I was told will stay that way, the staff always acts as if you are bothering them, and the rooms look nothing like the pictures shown! Avoid this place! Id rather sleep in my car!

House keepers stole our stuff while we weren’t there and managers ignored our calls. Stay on the street before you stay here.

This place is at best a 1 star Hotel. I would rather sleep in my car and it’s a rental. Strong smell of Chlorine probably do to the indoor pool that uses the same HVAC system and just pushes chlorine smell thru out. Great staff I must say but there is a definite problem if my window is open and my front door to get a breeze. It’s 11:30 PM

My girlfriend and I stayed here last night.
The staff was pleasant and had good attitudes.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Pool was nice.
We had multiple issues that made the stay a little less than ideal.
1: you would think that in a hotel, if you get cold, there would be an extra blanket available. Nope! I checked the guest book in the room before calling the front desk, and it stated that extra blankets, shampoo, towels etc were available upon request. When I called, I was told that there were no blankets available. Weird.
2: about half hour before check-​out time, our TV was shut off. Completely. It seemed a little rude considering I was paying for those 30 minutes along with the rest of my stay. It didn’t seem like a very good ‘hospitality’ move.
3: breakfast! We arrived at breakfast around 8:30 an hour and a half before it was scheduled to be over. Everything was gone. At about 9:00 staff came and we asked if they were bringing any more muffins/​pastries out. nope! Cleaning up an hour earlier than what the guest services book said!
4: wifi was difficult to connect and stay connected to. Unstable and low signal.
So, maybe it was just that experience. We may stay again! Not saying it was the worst EVER. Just not the best.

You get what you pay for here carpets in the hallways are starting to show there age. The room overall is ok comfortable and clean. Breakfast included sausage, hash browns, make your own waffle machine and the standard pastries & cereal. Front desk was nice and over all attentive… For the price and service will come back.

The front desk clerk seem uninterested as I walked in but quickly perked up. She actually ended up having a great sense of humor. Check in was quick and painless. The halls on the first floor need some serious love, a coat of paint and new carpeting. I wouldn’t have bothered requesting a non-​smoking room had I know it right be right next to a smoking one. The halls and my bathroom smelled just like cigarette smoke. All of that being said, the actual room was nice, clean and well maintained. Points taken away for there not being a shower curtain when I checked in, not top blanket/​comforter on the bed, no privacy curtain in the window — had I opened the existing curtain, I had an amazing view of parked cars and anyone walking by could see in my room. This is unacceptable for a first floor room. This resulted in the room being very dark because I couldn’t open it. Internet service is spotty. Also, there was NEVER anyone at the front desk. You either stand around and wait for someone to show up or just figure out your question on your own. Other than that, my stay went well. It was uneventful. I would consider a one or two night stay here because the price was right, but for anything longer, I’d look elsewhere.

Bedding was damp when we checked in, and no top comforter was provided. Bedskirt showed some dirt. Shower was enclosed and claustrophobic – shaped like a spaceship. Pool is only open 5 – 10 and was too cloudy to use, and no towels were provided. Jacuzzi had no running jets. Halls had visible dirt in the edges. Will be sleeping on top of the sheets tonight, and I wish I had brought my own pillows. Very uncomfortable and dirty and old. Made reservations for 2 nights but will be checking out after one.

Stayed in the Ramada for a night after a long day at Whitewater and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Everything about it was perfect in my opinion. The room was perfect and clean, the employees were super friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great, and the indoor pool and spa kept the kids happy. Small fridge and microwave in room as well. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great hotel! Very clean, excellent service and reasonable rates.
