very clean well kept facility. property manager very courteous and professional. it’s a good feeling to know that my belongings are in capable hands.

Awful service here. Public Stirage should be ashamed of this branch. They refused a payment and gave zero help as to the understanding of why. Then they charge for a late fee and a refused payment because they didn’t convey the late payment until after the due date. Above all else, there was just a lack of communication. It all would have been acceptable had there been a phone call explaining all of this. But that call never came. It’s appalling that customer service this poor still exists.

This was an easy process to begin. Signed up online — picked out my unit size, location and cost all at the same time. Plus, on the same page, I was able to see what specials or discounts were available.
Score! $ 1 for first month. As soon as I clicked to reserve the unit, seriously, no joke less than 2 minutes later I got a phone call from the representative asking when I’d like to come in to see the unit. I guess they do this so they can set up a reminder for me for the day before, which I thought was very helpful.
They made me aware that it speeds up the process a ton if I fill out these forms online before I drove over there. This was very easy.
When I showed up, Kay took me to look at the unit. All good. I only had a few pages to sign and the keys were mine. This was really simple for someone like me who NEEDS a quick and easy process to make me feel good about a place. If there’s too much delay, I start a-​thinkin’ too much n I gets to stressin’ out and ultimately feel buyers remorse. .but I guess that’s not your problem. Moving along.
The only thing that I don’t like about this location is you have to get out of your car to press the code to get in. I am not sure if all the Public Storage locations are like this, or if it’s just this particular one.
Otherwise, for my first storage unit, I’m satisfied.
