Excellent! Nice place, so quiet you can actually have a conversation. You get your money’s worth. We had Garlic Fried Chicken and be sure to have a bacon deviled egg. Mmmmm

Niecy’s is a great restaurant in Marietta. Niecy as a person has a great personality and is a great chef. We had the deviled eggs, harvest bisque and the capers and crab. The food is absolutely amazing and the quality of the ingredients is top notch!!! When I say the ingredients are top notch you can actually taste each ingredient and the love Niecy puts into her dishes. We will definitely be back!!! Might even be back for Midnight Breakfast Buffet on January 1, 2016!!!

Just delicious! Tried the Sunday brunch and had the crab cake Benedict with grits that was out of this world. Others had pancakes that were so fluffy and tasty. Sunday brunch is from 11 – 3. The dinner and lunch menu looked awesome as well. Very friendly staff would highly recommend.

This is a great neighborhood spot! The atmosphere screams«date night». The food is fresh and expertly prepared by Neicy herself. I had the crab cakes. They were loaded with crab and were delicious. The deviled eggs with wasabi caviar were killer! My husband had the shrimp scampi and it was delicious. My salmon was perfectly cooked and the kale was great. That’s really saying something because i don’t like kale! Nice wine list and very affordably priced. This place has a relaxed, mellow vibe. Great night out. Haven’t tried the brunch but will go back to try it. Heard it’s very good. Try Neicy’s, you won’t be disappointed!

Niecy’s is a nice little soul food fusion place in East Cobb. Niecy herself is a chef from Jersey trying to make this style and menu work in a challenging spot. Her food is WONDERFUL and she puts love and heart in each dish. We’ve been several times for Sunday brunch and the meals have always been excellent. I am a freak for deviled eggs; she has three varieties: regular, capers and Wasabi caviar. WOW! My wife had the banana ameretto pancakes, which were delicious. And the crab cakes Benedict were outstanding. This little place is struggling, however. Some challenges with beer & wine licensing and some incorrect social media posts threaten this vibrant and different East Cobb spot. If you’ve been there, go back; it’s the same wonderful food Niecy has always served. If you haven’t been, you owe it to yourself to try it. The food is great and the chef/owner is a sweetheart. If you want to have this type of food in East Cobb, go see Niecy and enjoy a great meal.

Food was good. The owner came out to speak with us and explained all the wonderful choices and expense ahe goes to to serve healthy foods such as organic when possible, humainly raised meats without hormones and steroids, etc. Lived the intimate atmosphere.

There was only one other party here for Sunday Brunch when we got here and it was quickly obvious why. Coffee was served completely cold, crab cake Benedict had weird flavor and was served on half an English muffin with one poached egg. Shrimp and grits was just a bowl of plain grits with four medium sized shrimp. Nothing was good, everything was double the price it should have been. This place will be closed within six months.

Niecy’s Lunch was Fantastic! Nice owner! Great Fried Chicken! Open for lunch Tue-Sun although not listed as such on Unilocal. Ignore the negative people! Probably are Generation X ers. Waiting for a license for Vino. Such a sweet & genuine lady!

Definitely a place for foodies! This was a delicious, yummy surprise right up the road from our house. The food is among the best I’ve had in this area. We had: –Salmon with sweet potatoes and pineapple chutney(almost a purée), green beans –Buttermilk fried chicken with quinoa and cabbage Both were cooked extraordinarily well. It wasn’t super quick service but it was clear the chef was taking the time NEEDED to cook these dishes to perfection. I’ll sacrifice quick for good any day. The proteins were delicious: crispy(chicken) on the outside but moist on the inside. The seasoning on the salmon worked with the fish. It wasn’t overpowering and highlighted the flavor of the salmon. The cabbage was the most pleasant surprise in the side dishes.(Niecy, please send me the recipe). They’re not serving alcohol yet. Our server said it’s coming in October. That’ll be nice. Entrees are 12−25ish. With a nice local craft beer or wine, it would push your check total up, but it will be worth it. East Cobb has been known as the bastion for chain restaurants. Hopefully, that’s changing. Niecy’s is definitely a welcome addition.

Good food, we had bruschetta, arugula salad, cajun shrimp dinner and chicken breast dinner. All were delicious. Appropriate size portions. Nice atmosphere, clean and good staff. Definitely would recommend. Probably does need a kids menu in this area, although we don’t have kids. Really hope this restaurant is successful.

Great new restaurant in East Cobb. The server was very nice and had good recommendations. The service was timed well and not rushed. I had the fried chicken and without a doubt, it was the best I’ve ever eaten. Niecy definitely knows how to season food! My husband had the salmon. He says it was perfectly seasoned. We will definitely be back and will save room for the banana pudding served in a martini glass that I saw another customer order.

Met the owner who clearly has a passion for what she does and it shows in the product. Good flavor, portion sizes with good service. Was told they use all natural ingredients so that is a nice extra. Nice mid price option for East Cobb. Hope they make it.

Lovely lunch spot! Nice deck, white tablecloths, relaxing décor. Food was delicious. My husband had the Salmon sandwich and I had the chicken pesto sandwich. The service was speedy and attentive, and our water glasses were always filled. Really enjoyed and will be back!

I hate to say this as I live in the area, but I think Niecy’s will be short lived. First off, it’s in the«Bermuda Triangle» of restaurant locations. NOTHING that has opened in that spot has ever lasted more than a year. Knowing how hard it is to run a restaurant and make money, I wouldn’t handicap myself by picking a spot that, for some strange reason, has seen so many failures before it. It’s a centrally located spot in East Cobb, but whatever is opened there doesn’t do well. That aside, we certainly planned to try it since we live just down the street. We picked a week night to go. There were only two other tables in the restaurant when we arrived. It was hot inside, and were told the AC was out but that we’d be provided a fan if we wanted one. We opted to sit outside, but my wife did request the fan because there was no breeze. However, none of the outlets were working. While the outside patio is pleasant, you get a LOT of road noise from Woodlawn Drive. I don’t think there’s much you can do about that though. The menu was varied, but I will say I felt the prices were a bit steep for what you got. We ordered the deviled egg appetizers for $ 8, and all we got were 3 deviled eggs. I really expected more. I ordered a stuffed portabello mushroom, and I got a portabello covered in rice. I was told I’d get two sides and I only got one. It was good, but it wasn’t, IMHO, worth the $ 15 price tag. I can’t recall what my wife ordered. She liked it too, but she agreed it was nor worth the $ 15. Although there were only 3 tables and 2 servers, we felt that the service was slow and inattentive. The servers were nice. I have waited for a good restaurant to open here, and I hate to say that this not it. I don’t think we’ll try it again anytime soon with so many good places nearby.

Great food and friendly staff. Have been twice and haven’t been disappointed. Love the spinach and pear salad and shrimp scampi. Crab cake and lamb pops are also delicious. Unique menu and great service. Check it out for sure!!!

Just stopped for dinner with the family at 5pm on a Thursday and the restaurant doesn’t have a kids menu?! You have got to be kidding me. The restaurant already sits on a death trap and has decided to not cater to the needs around them. People move to East Cobb for the excellent school district, hence a kids menu. Now I have two screaming children sitting in the car because they do not understand why we can not stay for dinner.

We decided to try a brand new restaurant on our visit to Atlanta. We arrived Friday, May 29th at 7:30pm. We were quickly seated and drink order was taken. We were surprised at the menu. There were no items listed that were on the menu. This menu was much more expensive and upscale. The waitress returned and took our order. She said she was putting both our bruschetta appetizer and salmon and turkey orders in at the same time as the kitchen was backed up. We got our appetizer and was very disappointed. The menu said it would consist of tomatoes, basil and cheese shavings. What we got was tomatoes, onions and basil. We would not have ordered it if we knew it would have onions. The cheese was also missing. We could not eat it and the waitress asked how it was when she took away the plate and I suggested she tell the chef that it was not prepared as described on the menu. She just took the plates away and disappeared. Over the next hour, she came out a few times to say she was harassing the kitchen to get our orders. We were getting frustrated as was the gentleman at the table beside us. About 15 minutes later, a different waiter(male) came over to ask what we ordered. Once we told him, he said it was being plated right then. Another 10 minutes pass and our original waitress comes over to tell both tables that our dishes are being plated. At this point, it was almost 9:30 pm. The gentleman beside us got up and left. We also got up as we still needed to check into our hotel and get to an 11 pm IMAX movie we had tickets for Friday night. I asked for our check to pay for the bad appetizer and sodas we had ordered. The waitress went away and returned with our plated dinners. We indicated that we now did not have time for dinner. She offered to box up the dinners which was useless as we were in a hotel. I asked again for our check. She took the plates back to kitchen. She came back and said she would take care of our check. I do not understand how a restaurant is not prepared to handle Friday night traffic. It is not a large restaurant and not all tables were taken. I was very disappointed that the manager/host did not visit our table once during the evening. As such, we did not have dinner at the restaurant. Dinner became popcorn at the movies. On a better note, the«San Andreas» movie was great!

Party of seven! No problem! We each enjoyed delicious meals from salad and soup to entrees and sides! Garlic fried chicken, shrimp scampi, pork tenderloin, salmon all perfectly prepared by Niecy’s on hands. Fresh, perfectly prepared veggies and a delicious pineapple salsa topping the mashed sweet potatoes! Yum! Tastefully designed indoor/outdoor patio for comfortable, casual dining! Order dessert early! It’s pretty popular! Terrific server! Wonderful experience! Welcome to Cobb!
