Nice atmosphere and my toes still look great. I would go back.

Susan is the only person I trust with my nails. She understands her clients and does what is best for their nails. I get compliments on my nails frequently.

I love to frequent places that are going to remember you and get to know you on a personal level. That’s nails by Susan.
The only downside is that it’s difficult to come with groups of people. They’re small and homey which means «great service» it just may take a little longer. But who wants to rush through pampering anyway?

This was a few years ago, but I went in to get a nail repaired (natural nail) and asked if they could put a wrap over the break. They looked at me I like was speaking an alien language. Is it so weird to want to get my natural nail repaired? I don’t know if it’s changed, but they also don’t take credit cards. Don’t know many people who carry cash anymore.
The chilly reception definitely made me not want to come back. My gym is pretty much next door to this place and have thought trying them again, but the treatment I received made me change my mind.

Susan and her staff have done my nails, my sister’s nails, and my Mother’s nails for years! No matter how bad my nails look when I walk in, they are always beautiful when I walk out! Susan always knows what my nails need! Nancy gives great pedicures. And Mary is the only person my Mother will let do her manicures and pedicures. They are all great at what they do and very nice people, too! Don’t know what we would do without them!

I’ve gotten my toes done here a few times, and today I took my 5-​year-​old for a special day together. They do a great job and the prices are reasonable. Only drawbacks (minor) is they don’t take credit cards and aren’t open Sundays.

Susan is a true professional. She has been doing my nails for 13 years and I consider her to be a friend. She runs her business extremely well and her comittment to excellence is inspiring. I love going to the nail salon for her outstanding service, and for the friendly vibe. I highly recommend Nails by Susan.

Susan has done my nails exclusively for over 15 years. She is an excellent nail technician, she can shape nails perfectly. She demonstrates the highest professionalism in running her shop, and demands high standards of performance for all in her shop. I highly recommend Susan and her team.

Susan has been doing my mom’s nails since she was pregnant with me. We go way back. She’s moved around a bit but always stayed in East Cobb, just hopping from strip mall to strip mall. A couple of years ago she got her own place and settled in this archaic shopping center that I only knew as the place where our friendly dry cleaners are, along with the now-​defunct Buffalo’s Café and that horrible still 80’s-looking women’s gym.
Still, Susan’s salon is great. They have spa chairs and now offer eyebrow and lip waxing. They do a great job on both manis and pedis for a great price ($ 30 for a mani/​pedi, I believe). Best of all, they are the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’m not kidding. Nowadays I only make it in to Susan’s once or twice a year, yet she STILL remembers who I am. I can’t wait to see her again when I head home in a couple of days. :)
