Male owner left and the service and cleanliness of the nail shop has declined. A few newer technicians aren’t trained properly. They don’t speak to their clients and talk to each other in another language the entire time of service. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and will not return.

I had a horrible experience there today! Lady painted my nails and I let them dry and then I walked over to Hancock Fabrics and three nails messed up. The lady would only fix one. I will NEVER go there again!

JoAnn does an outstanding job at all services in the salon! From nails to her professionally done spray tans (great value)! Customer satisfaction is her ONLY goal and she works diligently to ensure it! Don’t miss this gem in East Cobb.

I have been coming here for over 15 years. The staff is always really nice and the owner, Roy, always greets me by name (even if it has been a few years since I was last in). They have many different colors to chose from and can do just about any design. Acrylic fill-​ins are only $ 17 and a full set is $ 25. Very nice salon with many different spa choices. Lots of parking and also complimentary coffee. Remember that they only take cash tip $$ so bring cash or a checkbook.

I have been going to Nail Pros for close to 20 years. When I first went, I was looking for a place where they wouldn’t mangle my hands, as I had just had hand surgery. I liked it so much that when I moved out to Cartersville, I still drove to East Cobb to have my nails done. They are a great salon. Roy, the owner, is pleasant and always personally takes me to my chair. Over the years, he has been diligent in offering the best service and makes regular upgrades to his equipment. Everything is clean, and they use new files and buffing blocks on each customer. I’ve never gotten any kind of nail infection when having my nails or pedi done there. I always get solar nails, and they are always done neatly and look wonderful.

A very nice, clean-​looking nail salon. Ten pedicure chairs and ten manicure stations. Flat screen TV near the waiting area. Imagine three older East Cobb women cheering on the Falcons showing off their limited football knowledge. It was kind of cute in an awkward way.
Heads up, they don’t take credit for anything under $ 20. but no worries, their pedicure is $ 21. Sheesh. Though you still can’t add a tip to the CC charge, so you’ll need some cash on hand anyway.
It was a pretty okay pedicure. Took about 25 – 30 minutes to complete and it took about 20 minutes into it before I got a smile from the woman.
The best part of the experience was that my toes are now NEON ORANGE WOOOOOO!!!
Other than that, I would probably not rush back. Nothing terrible, but for three dollars less, I can get a better leg massage and friendlier service in Vinings :)

I’m a pedicure whore. I’m searched Atlanta far and wide for a place where I can get a good pedicure and I was able to get one here. Notice, I said good and not great.
We went here on a Saturday morning and were greeted and seated quickly. Very clean and the staff actually speaks English — not the broken kind either. This place is near my best friends house so I think that this will be our new go-​to place in the East Cobb area.

This is «my place». I have been to a lot of different nail salons around East Cobb to get my acrylics done, and Nail Pros has consistently been the best. They last for weeks, look great, and they aren’t violent with my hands. Sometimes there can be a wait, but they still fit you in pretty quick. I think my longest wait has been 15 minutes, but even then I don’t mind because I just go to their adjoining tanning salon. They have a good repoire with customers and there are tons of regulars. It is a friendly yet professional environment.
