Concur with other reviewers: the babbling about memberships is annoying and defeats the purpose of going in there for a relaxing massage. Massage was 45 minutes not 60 minutes. Massage skill was fine. Place is clean. With a massage parlor in every single shopping center, I don’t know why anyone would go here. It is simple, if you want and pay for a 60 minute massage in a relaxing environment — probably best to go elsewhere.

5 stars to my massage therapist Brian! He has been a life savior! Twice I have gone in with so much lower back pain that I was unable to sleep on my back, sit or even walk comfortably. And yet, the minute Brian started working his magic, only 30 minutes were needed to bring me back to 100%! I highly recommend him! I also can appreciate the ability and accesability to get a massage. I have either been a walk in or called within a couple of hours and still managed to see someone. The reason I give this only three stars is for the ongoing harrassment you get to buy the membership. No, Im not interested in a membership. No, I will not be interested in a membership in the future. Please stop asking and trying to upsell me! It really ruins the experience. I wouldn’t go back if I hadn’t found such an amazing massage therapist there! Run Brian, run!

There are few better things in life than finding both an amazing massage and facial! Thankfully, both are available here with aromatherapy for a fair price without skimping on quality. A+. My husband and I look forward to our monthly spa retreat.

AGGRESSIVESALESTACTICS Tried Massage Heights and was booked for a Swedish massage. I explained that the upper part of my back near my shoulder blades was hurting and would prefer the therapist worked specifically in that area. Weirdly enough, he decided that it only warranted brief attention and worked on my lower back and my arms. So basically, it was a mediocre attempt and it was a waste of time and money. The worst part of visiting was when I walked out of the massage area and back into the lobby to pay. FIONA asked me to sit on the couch and harangued me about becoming a member. I told her that I would take the brochure and think about it. She said it was important that I signed up as soon as possible. Again, I told her I would think it over. She kept asking me «what would it take to get you to sign today.» I thought I was at a used car lot. Then she tried the ploy — «if you sign today, we will waive the sign up fee.» I told her that I would not be signing today. Then she huffed and walked away. FIONA was the worst part of the whole process. The massage was bad enough, but to be harassed over and over about signing a contract was a nightmare. This place is anything BUT relaxing.

The atmosphere is amazing and the receptionist Fiona was wonderful, but other than that it was terrible. My massage therapist seemed unhappy to be there and was very unprofessional. She spent more time cracking her knuckles and readjusting herself. I was supposed to have a 90 minute massage and it ended 20 minutes earlier than it was supposed to. She didn’t focus on the areas I asked her too and then she tried to tell me I had other areas that were an issue. She kept bumping into me while she was massaging me and when I was asked the desired pressure she did not listen and barely did anything. I was very excited to try this place but I will definitely not be back!

I went to use a gift card for a one hour prenatal massage given to me as a baby shower gift. I told multiple staff how far along I am(8 months). I was SO looking forward to this massage as you can imagine how uncomfortable a pregnant woman gets in her last month. I couldn’t wait for the relaxation. Well literally as soon as I sat down and finished my paperwork, they tried to sell me on a monthly package. I politely declined explaining I am about to have my first baby and don’t think a monthly massage package is wise at this time. Plus I had never been to this place before so why would I commit to a monthly massage already? I was taken back to my room and I explained to my therapist that I had no idea what the procedure was with how to dress, etc. Well she did not explain properly and I ended up being embarrassed when she came in and pointed out I was not in the proper position. No big deal I guess. Then onto the massage where I explained my lower back has been killing me. Well I got about 15 minutes on my back, a scalp and face massage, and then onto hands and legs which did nothing. Total time was MAYBE45 minutes when I had a gift card for an hour. I understand there are certain pressure points they are avoiding since I am pregnant, but I did not feel like she paid much attention to my problem areas at all and certainly skimped on my time. Then when I went to check out they tried to rebook me for 2 weeks later? Again, I am due in 4 weeks, lets hold off on rebooking me at this time. Then the girl checking me out brings up the monthly package again and says I’d like to get you set up on that now. NO! Stop trying to sell a pregnant woman a monthly package for massages and facials a month before her due date! Then they couldn’t figure out how to use my gift card and initially told me there was no gratuity left on there when there in fact was. Bottom line, I went for a relaxing experience and felt I was trying to be sold on their services too hard and was short changed during my actual service. I am just glad I didn’t pay myself. My friend told me her prenatal massage was worth every penny, I obviously should have asked where she went first.

It was a Thursday night and I’ve been searching through the directory of every massage place on Unilocal I was not able to find anything. I came upon Massage Heights, a new massage spa here in Marietta. Unlike the other reviewer, I found that the staff at Massage Heights was very pleasant and eager to please me in anyway possible. They secured an appointment immediately and introduced me to the therapist who asked what brought me into the place. I informed them that I called around and could not secure an appointment anywhere else. They welcomed me with open arms and gave me an introductory 1 ½ hour massage at a steal. I’m a big proponent of competition and am glad that Massage Heights is in town. Although I am a member of another big massage spa in the area, I do plan on switching my membership over to Massage Heights simply because 1. their sheets are so much softer than the other place 2. they have upgrades to the session when you are a member 3. they are less expensive than the other place. Thank you Massage Heights for a wonderful experience. I especially liked the«fresh fruit» water that you gave me. I’ll be back… very very soon!
