I wish I had read all the online reviews of this company before I placed an order. Purchased a bed back in November and having so much trouble getting it delivered. They have contracted out to the WORST delivery company on the planet. Wants to charge us $ 85 rescheduling fee and states that they can deliver to our area when ‘they have someone out in our area’. What happened to scheduling based on the customers availability? The rep I spoke to this morning at Home Decorators was great, however the ‘waiving’ of the $ 85 fee didn’t go into their system until I actually happened to call 7 hours later and spoke to a much less seasoned sales representative who just said ‘I know, sorry maam for the inconvenience’. Needless to say the hassle isn’t worth saving a few hundred dollars. STAYAWAY!!!

I purchased some merchandise from Home Decorators online and had some issues with the merchandise but Home Decorators stood behind the problem and went above and beyond to take care of me the customer. Great place to do business with.

The Georgia address is for the corporate offices of this on-line vendor. The vendor has not affiliated itself with the Better Business Bureau, which, after my experience with them, doesn’t surprise me at all. On April 10th, I ordered Sunbrella cushions from this outfit on-line. At the time, there was no indication that the items were out-of-stock. The«estimated shipping date» given was April 13th … three days after I placed the order. The 13th came and went with no contact with me at all. When I emailed them a few days thereafter about the status of the order, I was told the«estimated shipping date» was April 24th. The company never took any initiative in contacting me about shipping, product availability or anything else from the time I placed the order. Emails from me thereafter produced«estimated shipping dates» of May 8th, May 11th and finally, May 22nd. It became abundantly clear that 1) when I placed the order they didn’t have the inventory to fill it; 2) they had no idea(and still don’t) when they’d receive the inventory, even after 6 weeks’ wait time and 3) that upon rummaging around the ‘web, the situation I experienced was not uncommon. What’s funny is that when I last contacted them on May 11th(and got the next«estimated» date of the 22nd), they offered me an $ 11 discount to persuade me not to cancel the order. $ 11 off what? Products that only exist as pictures on a website? I order more than 95% of the non-food goods my family of four uses, on-line from various vendors. This outfit is, by far, the worst I’ve dealt with in years.
