Harry Hames Jr – State Farm Insurance Agent

Never deal with these people. If you have insurance with them, find insurance somewhere else and cancel your policy immediately. Dealing with this insurance agent has been literally the most frustrating experience of my entire life. Their incompetence is mind boggling, and worse than that they appear to have absolutely no idea that they are doing anything wrong.
First of all, they never answer the phone, EVER. Once when I was on the phone with them, my call got dropped because of poor reception. I immediately called back, NO ANSWER. Where the hell did you go?!
Second, they failed to submit some necessary information to underwriting which resulted in me not having insurance for 3 straight months without even knowing. And since they don’t answer the phone, I actually had to go to another agent and plop down another $ 1000 for my year premium just to get coverage.
Scum of the earth. They do not deserve anyone’s business!

I already have 4 items insured & my new addition came with my last name completely misspelled! Service has diminished severely since Leslie & Judy are not there anymore, Harry’s new staff needs serious training. I have used this agent for 23 years & never had problems until now.

Terrible service. Total lack of follow up in timely fashion or no follow up at all in some cases. Multiple errors and failure to complete tasks by staff has caused lost time at work and lost wages as well as the doubling of my rates. Awful.
