I showed the employee numerous pictures from all angles of the haircut I wanted repeatedly. No matter how much I explained what I wanted, she did not seem to understand me and kept asking to see the pictures throughout the haircut. She had a very thick accent which made the process even more frustrating as we didn’t seem to understand one another. I wanted a pixie-type cut shaved at the back of the neck, and I ended up with a weird, lopsided bob that is taking forever to grow out. She also sold me men’s shampoo for some reason, despite the fact that I am female. I only bought it so she would stop talking, as she kept trying to explain over and over again what products I «needed» even though I was not interested in purchasing anything else. I also waited a very long time to be waited on.

This was my second visit. The first was great, but this time I got someone who never smiled, took 5 minutes, and asked for her tip. She white walled me around the ears, and I’ve got a movie shoot tomorrow– I looked better before I got the haircut, and it cost me $ 15.00. If you get the grinch that can’t speak English well, run or wait for the other stylist.

Hey-hey! They«did me right»! Yesterday(Veteran’s Day) I was given a complimentary cut by a friendly outgoing employee. I’m very satisfied with the job she did and would post a pic but my webcam is outoforder. Been here before and I had the same joyful result!

I got a haircut here and have to say it was pretty good for a Great Clips. My stylist was pretty friendly and I left feeling like I got a good value for what I paid for. The whole allure for these places is to come and get your haircut for a cheap price and still feel happy. That’s what happened here to no surprises. I would come back…

They gave my son a hair cut when he was 18 months old. And let me tell you the stylist was so rude! Of course he started crying and the stylist stopped cutting his hair halfway through and said i wont do it if he cries i dont have time for this. Wtf hes a year and a half what do you expect? we eventually got him to calm down and finished his haircut which was decent but we will never be going back.

Good one! Nice work by stylists! They are quick n their app is really useful for online check in. We don’t have to wait. i had my haircut twice. only weird thing is they ask us «how much tips we offer«before making the bill if we are paying using card. I mean am ok to give fair tip, but asking sounds weird… better the shop should have a normal card reader :-))
