While visiting for a Braves game, we decided to visit here, because there was an hour and 45 min. wait at Pappadeux. I’m not a burger eater, at all, but being it was National Hamburger Day, what the heck, right? Well, I had the Swiss Mushroom Burger, cooked medium well with Avocado and it was a pretty darn good burger. It came with potato wedges which were 100% horrible. They were overly, overcooked and dry, boy, were those things dry. I tried dipping them in cheddar cheese sauce, but it didn’t help. The young lady that took our order was very pleasant. I would definitely return for a good ol’ veggie burger, minus the wedges. :)

I was here on Saturday evening to meet some members of a fan group who were traveling through town. The burger I had was really tasty and definitely the right price. The restaurant is very open and generally inviting. The biggest issue I had with the place was the bathrooms. The men’s room looks like it has been torn apart and rebuilt a couple times, but without actually removing the tiles on the walls and floors. It kinda feels like a surgical bay or something, except not nearly as clean. The floors were slippery(even though they weren’t wet) and everything in there looked grimy or broken. If it weren’t for the fact that my daughter needed to go to the bathroom, I wouldn’t have used them… as it was, I didn’t like having to have my daughter go in there. I didn’t get a chance to go find the ServSafe certificate or the health score, although I know both had to be there. I’ve been in better-maintained stores.

Very good burgers and fries. They are a bit stingy with the fries. I would expect a little more because they food is so over priced. I only gave them 3 stars because while the food is good, it is not worth the outrageous cost for burgers and fries.

So I ordered a veggie burger fries and onion rings and it came out cold. The food was tasty but it was COLD? I would recommend this restaurant as far as taste but if something is JUST made why cold?

Defiantly recommend this place for sandwich lovers. Absolutely amazing food. I ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken was really good one of the best chickens I’ve had before, first time to the place and thought it was really interesting how the place is set up. After you order your sandwich you are able to add additional tastes to the sandwich by your choice. Other then that everything was great food was amazing and the service was top class.

This place is a good burger place. Very casual environment and quick food. The sizes of the burger make you want to make their large burger into your own personal food challenge.

I love Fuddruckers! As a kid, we ate at Fuddruckers at least once a month, but I hadn’t eaten at one for about 15 years and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when my boyfriend and I came a couple months ago. Pros: 1. Great Monday night kid’s meal deal(99 cents with purchase of adult combo) 2. Yummy Coca Cola Freestyle — I love making lime flavored caffeine free diet coke! Or any flavor combo I desire :-) 3. Great veggie /toppings bar 4. Affordable 5. AMAZING service(shoutout Jessika, the smiling manager, and friendly bussers!) 6. Cheap beer and little wines 7. Nostalgic, especially with the old school sticker machines by the door The only con is that the restrooms could use a renovation… they’re drab and outdated — but everything else is awesome and fun.

Went back to Fuddruckers on Windy Hill last week with my daughter … Hadn’t been here for months and realized they took all the hand full of arcade games out… bummer for my child. My daughter enjoyed her food …í ordered what í normally do. the turkey burger… which seemed dry this time around …í was somewhat unhappy with wasn’t horrible but definitely on the dryer side … The fries are always a good addition… however will think twice about ordering the turkey burger again.

You can never go wrong with fuddruckers ! I always get the 1⁄3 burger which is filling. The remodel is nice also.

The remodel is awesome. The openness is fantastic. The food is good, some days the vegetables are fresher than others. Parking can get tight but there is plenty behind the restaurant. The bathrooms are in desperate need of a remodel. They are disgusting. It’s a bummer too because just washing your hands makes you want to wash your hands… This place is coming around. I really hope thy don’t ignore the bathroom situation.

If I want a burger this is where I go. Usually visit during lunch. Went for dinner Tuesday before Christmas. It’s was really my first bad experience in a Fudruckers ever. First it looks like this location is getting a much needed facelift. Order’s were messed up. Burgers got switched up at counter. Mine went in a takeout box and I got a well-done version. No biggie, beef is still good with lots of nice flavor. I wish these businesses would just close for a week and renovate them, then reopen. When you operate these places during construction you’re going to muck up the dinning experience and run people off. Had this been my first Fudruckers visit, I’d never return. The fancy pants Coke machines really boggle the minds of many people. When it’s busy during lunch it’s fun to watch the lines back up. How many soda flavors do we really need?

I hadn’t been to Fuddruckers in quite a while(over a year) and I’d forgotten how much I enjoy the burgers here. They cook them exactly how I like them and I love how I can get my own toppings. Particularly, I like the pico-like blend of tomato and onions. The onion rings were A-1. Loved them! The space is quite large and spacious with an arcade game area that has one of my favorites(Ms. Pacman). If I had had time, I would have played that one. Anyway, they asked on a sign if we would pardon their mess as they were remodeling. It was no problem. The line moved very quickly and the employees were plenty nice. One young man called me by my first name during my entire visit… lol. Fuddruckers is on the high side in terms of cost. I got the 1⁄3 pound works burger with an added fried egg($ 1) and a side of onion rings($ 2.99) and no drink for a grand total of $ 12.38. However, it was a quality sandwich, which I enjoyed very much and so it was worth it doggonit!

I have been a big fan of Fuddruckers since I was a kid. I was happy to learn that I could still get my Fudds fix upon moving to Georgia. I took a friend here since he had never tried it and I got a coupon for my birthday. You order your burger at the counter(I got a cheeseburger) and then wait to be called up. Once you have received your food, you can go and select your toppings from the toppings bar. Everything is fresh. The burger tastes great — my fave for a fast casual restaurant. They have Coke Freestyle machines, but they aren’t always full up on all the options for both machines, so you might have to try out the other machine. Milkshakes are awesome! Yum.

I had the lbs. Bourbon Burger without the bleu cheese and added mushrooms instead. The overall taste of the burger was delicious but I was disappointed with the bacon inside. Not only was the quality of the bacon not that great but the bacon was exceptionally salty as well. I understand that bacon is salty, but really, the bacon was super salty. My favorite part was the delicious sauce that was inside the burger. I definitely don’t think the burger would’ve been as great had it not had he sauce. Customer service: the girl taking the order didn’t seem happy to be there at all. When I asked if I could take out he bleu cheese to exchange it for the mushrooms she at first flat out said it couldn’t be done. I was confused until she finally explained that she couldn’t just swap it, but that I had to pay extra to get mushrooms added. I don’t have a problem with that. I had a problem with her non-friendly no as if it was completely impossible for me to take out the bleu cheese and add mushrooms instead.

Sign up for their emails, and you will almost always get some kind of deal. I only come here whenever I get a buy 1 get 1 ½ lb burger combo coupon via my email. With this coupon, the total for 2 burger combo comes at about a little less than $ 11 — not bad at all since the combo comes with a side of fries and a drink. My most fave is their fries. They’re not your traditional stick fries. They’re smaller potatoes cut in wedges — more like roasted potatoes, really. I then add the hot cheese sauce on top of them(yes, heart attack,) and it is so good. Their burgers are a-okay. A bit on the greasier side, and in need of more seasoning for that robust beefy flavor. The bun, for me, is too fluffy, and I wish it is more dense to just tie it all in. Now, I do really enjoy the«veggie bar» where you can add your own lettuce, tomatoes, etc to your burger. They also have other things like banana peppers, jalapenos, chopped tomatoes, onions, and a couple other things. The place is self serve. You put in the order, get a number, pick up the burger once it’s ready, and fill up your own drinks, etc. You seat yourself and once finished, you may leave your dishes behind and someone cleans it up later. There are a lot of seating in this place so you will never have to worry about finding a table. Now, I have been here several times, and I am yet to find this place with more than 5 seated tables. Here and there, I have seen a group in the back, but this place is not that busy. I believe that there is potential for this place to get bumped from a 3 star, but they are going to need some tweaking with the menu and an overhaul with the lighting and the décor of this place before moving up.

They are out of all fried chicken and ketchup. I thought I ordered a combo meal but I guess I didn’t. When I asked about my fries he said I would have to pay for them. I walked back and forth two times between the order line and pick up line to get it sorted out. I said can I just pay here? She said no I can’t take your card here. I asked if the manager could? He did without saying a word or apologizing for the confusion that was the cashier’s fault. There wasn’t any toilet paper in the womens bathroom and a live cocroach on the ground. Glad we are only passing through because we won’t be back. EVER!

Even though I pass by this place 3 — 5 times a week — I haven’t stopped in — in nearly a year because their burgers seemed to have fallen off over the years. What I do still love, though(or DID still love — past tense after today) was their chili dogs. I really have to be in the mood for a hot dog, though — hence my defection. But today I was in the mood. They USED to serve the chili dog on a flat’ish roll — that had been buttered and toasted on the grill. The frank itself was huge and a foot long(I think). It was topped with chili — with actual huge chunks of ground beef and big plump kidney beans. It was a thing of beauty. I’m uploading two old pictures I found on the internet. I was also a big fan of the Fudd fries and the milkshake was one of the best kept secrets in Cobb county. Creamy, delicious and large enough for two to share AND still have leftovers to fight over. But I digress. Back to the hot dog Or the unreasonable facsimile of a hot dog I got today. What I got today was a thin, slightly crunchy hot dog bun. It appeared to have been toasted in an some sort of oven(hence the crunch). The frank was significantly smaller. But what really did me in was the ‘chili.’ If you’ve ever had or seen Castleberry’s hot dog ‘sauce’ — then you will can envision exactly what they topped my hot dog with today. It had the consistency of vomit. I had actually called in my order. Sidebar — had to call 3 times — each time hanging up after holding for more then 4 minutes each time — before I could actually get ‘Dwayne’ to take my order.(After all that — imagine my surprise when I go there and the place was nearly empty and not even one person was in line in front of me. I guess I’d just missed the lunch rush at 12:52pm.) I was in a bit of a rush to get to my next get, so when I took a look at my order — I was pretty sure it was going to be awful — but I didn’t have time to ask them to make something else — so I paid for my food and left. While trying to exit the parking lot — anyone that knows this plaza knows its a nightmare to exit — I popped the lid again and bit into a delicious«looking» french fry — and it was unmistakenly undercooked. Is there anything worse than expecting a hot, tasty perfectly seasoned french fry — then biting into a still firm, undercooked potato? Blech! I still wasn’t ready to throw in the towel. So I took a bite of the dog. It was cold. Alright. Screw this. I’d had enough. I almost ran over a pedestrian, turning that car around. I went back in and asked for a refund. Dwayne, the manager, did not ask me what was wrong. He did not ask me if he could prepare anything else(not that I had time to wait at this point). Even though he didn’t ask — while he was processing the refund — instead of standing there mute — I attempted to tell him that the hot dog was cold and some of the fries were undercooked and what he did is interrupt and talk over me while I was speaking and say«Yes ma’am. I apologize» in a very sing-songy, condescending voice. While at the register, I didn’t raise my voice and I made sure I was speaking in a calm, non-agitated manner. My only regret is that I returned it before I had the presence of mind to snap a photo. So the only picture I can provide here is one I found on the internet. Even this photo doesn’t accurately portray the monstrosity they served me today. Another thing I should add — the space cadet manning the cash register — with the two ridiculously long, ridiculous looking ‘pig tails’ or ‘pony tails’ or whatever hip new name they have for them now. Not only was it not ‘a good look’ but it was not sanitary. She actually was wearing them in front — so instead of hanging down her back, the were thrown over each shoulder hanging down to her boobs. Management shouldn’t even let her wear her hair that way when she’s around food. Seriously. Aside from the her appearance — I’m referring to her as a space cadet because she barely acknowledged me — except to collect payment — and even then I had to ask her to repeat herself twice. Open your mouth and ENUNCIATE please. I won’t ever be back. And to think — just last year I actually emailed the corporate office to give Kudos to an employee and rave about the food. My what a difference a year makes… As always — even though I’m no longer a fan — I want to end this review on a positive note. That weird sour smell that used to hover around the entrance is gone. And the chefs looked very professional, well groomed and wearing classy looking chef attire — almost what you’d expect at some sort of five star joint. They smiled and nodded at me as I waited on my refund. And the first manager I spoke to, Jay(I think) was fairly pleasant — if somewhat distracted.

«Have you never seen a hamburger before?» — Divergent(2014) When I want a burger and I’m in the area, this is where I will come. Basically, this is an easy and known entity. Why? Well, they cook the burger to the temperature you want(med-rare for me, med-well for my Mom), the food is consistent, the fries are delicious and the shakes are pretty good. Also the price is reasonable. I’ll bring my Mom here once per quarter and she will get the Mushroom and Swiss while I get the Three Cheese — we are creatures of habit. We will split an order of fries and she usually gets a chocolate shake while I avail myself of the unsweetened iced tea with just a splash of sweet. I end up pooling up some melted cheddar on the fries and put all sorts of fresh toppings on my burger, while my Mom ends up with the plain Jane, as it comes burger. This most recent visit was a new experience, however. There were some«staff» roaming the floor and checking in with us regularly. They asked if we needed anything, could they refill drinks, get us a to-go box for the left over fries, clear the empty plates, etc. I mean, really? I’ve never needed to tip anyone here before, and therefore I had no cash to take care of these guys — it was also weird and quite intrusive. I will say that the food was again, delicious and on par with other trips and we were not disappointed. Although, as usual, they were out of grainy mustard(they are always out of something). And I was not a big fan of being interrupted every 10 minutes by an overeager teenager… Otherwise, I will continue to come here for my more-than-fast-food-but-not-so-fancy burger fixes.

I didn’t find the service people rude in fact the manager serviced the drink machine within seconds of me asking him too. I really don’t come here for great food or service I just like the burger and fries. True it isn’t the best burger in town or the cheapest but it has a good flavor and is made from real beef not a bunch fillers. As long as I can find a Fuddruckers near me to eat at I will. I do agree with every review on here that mention the bathrooms. They need to be maintained better but I will also say that they were cleaner on this visit than they were my last visit. Also don’t come expecting to grab a burger and go cause they cook them as they are ordered which makes them a little better.
