Fast Twitch Movers

This review is very overdue from August 2014. I’ve moved a lot (local and long distance moves) and have used multiple services– these guys are by far the best I have ever worked with. A little bit more about what made my experience (in-​town move) so great:
1. Flexibility — I had a last minute change in my schedule which Robert (the owner) happily accommodated. I was really blown away by how communicative and flexible they were. This in itself warrants the 5 stars but it’s not the end…
2. Speed — The name says it all. They are FAST. I’ve worked with other services who drag their feet just trying to game you and get to the next hour. Not Robert and his team. They do their best to work as quickly as possible.
3. Quality — Even though they’re moving fast they are good at what they do and take care to take care :) of your belongings.
4. Integrity, Trust, & Respect — This is the biggest for me. First, as mentioned above, the company is not trying to game you. But beyond that they were respectful of me and my time and I never felt uncomfortable at any point during the move. This was especially important to me since I am a single young woman and in the past I have been made to feel uncomfortable by other moving companies; it can be jarring to have 2 – 4 strangers in your home and if they don’t exude the proper respect it can be flat out uncomfortable. Robert and his team are true professionally.
Finally, I’ve had personal items stolen by other moving companies and in the past have felt as if I had to watch every single thing they were doing with my items; I honestly feel as if I could have left my apartment for a while and my items would have been in good hands with Robert and his team.
5. VALUE — With all this said Fast Twitch could charge a lot more for their services but they offer reasonable priced services.
I have recommended to friends and I will use them again if I have another in-​town move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
