For the second time they could not do the state emissions test. I called yesterday and they told me it was working and I could come in early. Well it wasn’t working which means they didn’t check when I called or they lied. They sent me to a station that was not open. I went to a third kiosk station that charged 25 bucks luckily they were also closed. I say luckily because across Floyd Road was a Jiffy Lube.
They took care of my emissions and oil change for less then I spend at this crummy Express Oil. After 10+ years I am done with Express Lube. No more oil, tires or non existing customer service. Dear express lube I am just not into you that much.
