Elite Waste and Recycling

These people absolutely stink. The service stinks worse than the trash which they don’t pick up for weeks at time. They cost a few dollars less but do a horrible job. Just a few of my experiences:
1. They never ever come on the same day every week. They just come when they feel like it IF they come at all. One week, it was Monday, next it was Wednesday.
2. They give you a container that is about 20% smaller than a standard container (put it next to your neighbour’s container and see)
3. During the holidays, they did not even bother. For 2 weeks now, no pick up. We had to bag all the garbage and haul it off ourselves.
4. When you call their customer «no service» number, you get a voice mail box that is full.
5. Not that I care but one week they showed up in a U-​Haul rental truck to pick up my trash! Tacky!
