Dunkin’ Donuts

I decided to go through the drive-​through for breakfast to grab something quick to eat on my road trip early in the morning. My original order was going to be the tailgate breakfast sandwich, which was clearly on the menu board, yet the lady informed me that it was discontinued and they haven’t taken it off of the menu yet, bummer. So I decided to get their new breakfast sandwich called the «Chicken Apple sausage breakfast sandwich» and I decided to make it a combo with a small coffee. The sandwich was really good and the coffee was me great as usual with hazelnut creamer, my only issue was the hashbrowns as always. Every time that I happened to go there for breakfast, I always get very oily hashbrowns, and I hate the way soggy hashbrowns taste, I guess I should start going inside to get my food because I always seem to find out after I drive away. But that small issue won’t keep me from coming back because I do love their breakfast sandwiches and this location is very clean on the inside and it is close to the car wash so if you would like to get your car dropped off to get detailed you can easily walk less than two minutes to Dunkin’ Donuts to grab something to eat.

While service was swift my husband received the worst dark roast coffee and I received the worst latte. They both tasted burnt so it was a huge waste of money as neither cup could be consumed.
We drink Dunkin Donuts coffee about 4 – 5 times per week and are usually pretty satisfied. This location just dropped the ball.

If it was possible to rate a negative I would. I visit Dunkin Donuts 6 – 7 times a week over the years but I have only visited this particular location about 6 times since they opened their doors. I have had a bad experience 5 out of the 6 times I’ve chosen to visit this particular location. On 3 occasions I waited in the line (one way in one way out) more than 10 minutes. The coffee always tastes scorched and the service is not great. As much as I love Dunkin’s coffee and this location is in a route that I often take I may decide to never go to this location again if something doesn’t change soon. I will give it one more try and if the service isn’t any better I will definitely go out of my way for my Dunkin fix. This location just won’t see any of my money or anyone else I know because I’ll be sure to pass the word around. I have thousands of followers on social media that solicit my advise on a daily basis!

Don’t tell anyone, but I like Dunkin’s coffee, its always been quite tasty in my opinion. I decided to change it up a bit and get an iced coffee on my last visit and I’m sad to say that it was horrible, just horrible. I was given a cup of iced coffee and all of the granulated sugar was sitting at the bottom of the cup. It was just awful, I tried to mix it up but the sugar would not dissolve. After making it to my destination, they had some artificial sweeteners on there coffee stand so I used a few of those. I wonder why Dunkin don’t use liquid sweeteners for iced coffee’s. Well, that was my last ice coffee from there.
Now on a brighter side, I order an Oreo cheesecake donut, and let me tell you… It was so good that I ended up going back the following day and grabbing one for my son (He loves sweets like his mama).
The drive thru at this location was surprisingly fast, even though the cashier had red stuff embedded in her nails (looked gross), she was very nice. If I’m in the area, I would definitely stop by again (for hot coffee that is– LOL).

After waiting for almost 10 minutes in the drivethrough with one car before us that was obviously having ordering issues, we decided to go in and pick up the coffee that we ordered. After backing out of the drivethrough and driving around the building, I got out and walked to the door, only to find the doors locked and was told that they were closed at 8:30pm! Which I find annoyingly comical, since I just ordered a coffee and there is big hour of operations sign on the door that clearly says they do not close until 9pm. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dunkin donuts location due to the poor service and the ten minutes of waiting that I shall not get back.

I just had my latte and chocolate frosted today from them and it was very bad this is the worst store ever the latte was cold and had no sugar even though I asked for extra sugar I’m very unsatisfied with the service from the store

My biggest pet peeve is going somewhere repeatedly and them being out of the same thing over and over again. Wouldn’t it just make sense to make more?! I’ve been to this Dunkin donuts three times in a row before 9 AM and they are somehow out of everything bagels. They also seem to take forever in making anything, even coffee. This Dunkin’ Donuts is right by my work, but I will gladly go out of my way and take my business to another location. The owners and the management of this location need a wake up call bad! Thanks for ruining my day, I should’ve gone to Einstien brother bagels to begin with!

Newest D&D in the area. It’s small and clean, coffee and donuts are good.
The staff seems ready to help and everyone has a smile on their face.
This will be my new goto coffee spot.
