Is zero stars possible. The worst company I’ve ever delt with. They can’t give an accurate estimate. They’re workers are To lazy to get the job done right and do a crappy job at that. Never ever use them for anything. Getting in touch with the manager does nothing they say they’ll be back and never show up just send a bill

Should have read the Unilocal reviews. I used them based on a friends reference. What a nightmare. Needed shower valve fixed in an old fiberglass shower. Opted to have fiberglass replaced with custom tile. Since I have had them at other homes I know this is a four day job. 1.Demo/pour shower pan 2.Tile 3.Grout 4.Install Glass Trip One: PM shows up for estimate. Price is ok, includes everything(demo, repair, install, haul away trash) except tile and grout, so I give him the job. Says he will be back in the morning. Trip Two: Shows up the next day to measure again. Really? Why did I have to come back out to watch him measure again? Then says the guy will be there the next day for demo. I remind him the leak needs to be fixed BEFORE they pull the pan. Trip Three: Worker shows up the next day. WITHNOTOOLS. Says he can’t demo. So I asked if he was there to fix the leak. He is not a plumber. Trip Four: Worker shows up and starts demo. I asked where is the plumber to fix the leak? He doesn’t know, and I have to stop him from tearing out anything until the plumber arrives. They complete demo and plumber fixes leak. Trip Five: worker arrives and wants to know where is the backer board and concrete? Um, this was supposed to be a turn key operation with me providing ONLY tile and grout. He goes to get supplies(seemed rather annoyed, yeah take a number). Come back and says he needs thin set. So I don’t have to take MORE time from work. I run to HD to get a bag. Trip Six: Does the tile work. Walls look great, but the slope in the shower pan is terrible. It is a hole. He didn’t bother to raise the drain. He didn’t bother to clean up the extra mortar everywhere. I guess because I said I would patch and paint. Trip Seven: Grout work done. Kinda cleans up but leaves all the demo in the garage. Really? Call Dixon to schedule a trash pick up Trip Eight: meet the guy for him to pick up trash. Trip Nine: meet the glass guy for measuring. Says it would take 7 days to get the glass made. No problem. 9 days later… no news. I call to inquire. «oh we are going to be there TOMORROW between 9 – 11.» Um, no you are not because I have other things scheduled. Trip 10: glass installed… finally. Although in the middle of install the drill died and they had to go out to get a new one. The people at Dixon are very nice and prompt to respond but the workmanship and professional level of service is not there. If I have to project manage the entire job myself… I’ll hire the individual workers to complete the job. I paid a premium for«turn-key». I did not get what I paid for and it is too bad because it is literally set in stone and concrete. Their tag line should be: «Make things extra complicated for your life with Dixon»

Repeated telemarketing calls to me in violation of the Do Not Call law. FTC complaint filed. Reputable companies don’t do this. As if I would ever allow people this shady into my home, let alone let them do work!

Received a telemarketing call from them despite being on the National Do Not Call List. When I asked for the address of the company, the Dixon person hung up on me.

Agree with the original poster… I would never work with a company that employs the tactics they do. I continually receive telemarketing calls from them. No one is one the line… and the number they call from is spoofed. I am on a DNC list which means nothing to them. Just blocked their number.

I don’t usually review companies that I’ve not worked with, but this is an unusual circumstance. This company’s telemarketing company has been calling my home constantly for the past 11 months, never leaving a message, despite the fact that my number is on the Do Not Call list. They continue to call with a spoofed phone number — search for 770−587−0067 and you’ll see all the complaints from people getting constant illegal telemarketing calls. I did not contact them or reach out to any service so I’m not sure how they found my number, and I’m starting to think they will never stop calling me! Think I would trust them to work on my house… Update 11÷10÷14… I CONTINUE to get telemarketing calls for Dixon Group from various telephone numbers — 770−560−9876, 770−587−0067, etc. You do NOT have permission to telemarket to people non-stop who are on the FCC’s Do Not Call list. If you want to know more about it, google it and you’ll read pages of people complaining about Dixon. I’ve had enough and I’m filing an official complaint.
