Sometimes you just want some Chinese food. It’s greasy, unhealthy, fried and I love it. We are regulars here since it’s so close to my house. I get the crab rangoons with whichever entrée I, usually garlic shrimp. They remember us, even when we order online or through the phone and always give us extra food!

What happened to the fresh made dumplings? One of the reasons we go here.
Tonight’s were packaged frozen. Hope this not the new norm.

Great hot and sour soup. Best kung poa chicken I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely be back.

The husband and I absolutely love this place! It’s convenient, cheap and delicious! We could never find decent Chinese delivery when we lived in Atlanta. We eat here at least once a week… sometimes more. :/

I’ve lived 2 miles from China House since 2004, so I know why this place has received historically low ratings. However, I felt the need to write a review because they have really stepped up their game.
As you consider this 5 star rating, understand that it is on the basis of comparing walk-​in chinese restaurants with other walk-​in chinese joints.
Not only have these owners remodeled their physical location, but they also remodeled their recipes. The food is simply much better than it was year’s ago and is frankly better than some of the local competition, including Lucky China, which is the same distance from my house.
Give them a second chance and tell me if I’m lyin’!

I frequent this place because of the convenience. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I have gotten home and opened up my food to find that they screwed up the order. They never put in the sauces I ask for, and when you call to complain, you get nothing. The food is decent at best. The customer service is non existent. They have taken my last dollar.

Wow, I was really surprised to see such bad reviews of this place. I’ve eaten here several times, always for take-​out (they have a very small seating area), and we’ve determined it’s the best Chinese food in this area of Cobb. Now first off, I suppose I prefer «Americanized» Chinese food like General Tso’s chicken, egg rolls, or crab rangoon, all of which are not authentically Chinese, so maybe that’s the difference in opinion here. If you like the same type of Chinese food that I do, then I think you’ll really enjoy this place. The starches are all good (fried rice, lo mein, white rice), and we’ve had many tasty chicken dishes (our favorites are lemon chicken, General Tso’s, and sesame chicken). The soups are good (hot and sour or wonton), and the egg rolls and crab rangoon are also solid. The price is cheap — you definitely get several meals for the money — and if it’s near closing, they often include free desserts or egg rolls. It’s also quick — ready within 15 minutes usually.

If you want that much sugar in your food, you should just buy a 5 lb bag of sugar, it would be cheaper and taste about the same. Food is way too greasy and saucy. Chinese food, with the exception of some dishes, is a dry food. This was more like onions (eggplant dish) swimming in a soup of oil, sugar, and very little seasoning

Well this place is VERY inexpensive and when you taste the food you can tell why. I had the steamed broccoli and chicken and it was so bland!
One thing that surprised me was how good the hot and sour soup was. I now only get soup from this place! Its very good and has a bit of a kick to it.
The people who own it are fairly friendly.
This is not a place to go sit down and have a meal at… Its one of those impulse places For instance, if you are at Publix, see China House next door and make an impulse decision for some carry out its adequate and may hit the spot.
Not the best and not the worst– definitely try that hot and sour soup!

Very average take out and delivery.
Does everything quite average, nothing stands out. Gave a couple of dishes a try nothing was horrible, but nothing wonderful either.
Pretty much your standard take out joint.
If you’re close it’s convenient, but don’t go out of your way.
