CHASE will not open a HSA account. Refused my business. Said it was company policy to not take new HSA accounts. Sad because my intent was that this be the beginning of something much larger.

Nice place. Conveinient location. I’ve had two negative experiences with the same personal banker…(watch out for T_​_​_​_​). Somehow I keep getting her every time I go:/. But other than that, the tellers are great!

This is a stand-​alone Chase building. It has a 24-​hour vestibule (although I wish that there was more than 1 ATM machine in it) and also drive through services, including a drive through ATM. The site also handles mortgages, but we were relatively unhappy with their refinancing procedures but all banks try to get you to pay as many fees as possible (these fees are negotiable, btw, if you’re refinancing!) I prefer their online banking app, which allows you to deposit checks by taking pictures of them. If only my phone could dispense cash, too!
