I have always believed you get what you pay for. My husband and I purchased a set of outdoor furniture from this store. We had a couple of problems with the moving parts breaking and we called the store to report the problem. They were right on it and first tried to repair the parts. This worked for a few months but broke again. We called back and they reordered new furniture from the manufacturer. We received all new frames and it appears the new frames are built more sturdy. We are very happy with Casual Image… they stand by their product and were very pleasing to help us. Thank you Dorothy.

We loved this place. It is family owned and the staff was knowledgeable, low key, and just plain friendly. We bought a fire table, chairs, and a grill. We’ll report back after delivery. (Ask for Karen, she was great!)

I went there with expectations of spending about $ 6000 on patio furniture.
They totally ignored me, very surprised, they saw me they just wouldn’t talk to me.
So I walked out. Take my money elsewhere.
